great location, clean hotel however the staff were the main highlight by far. they were so kind and helpful including everyone from the receptionists, housekeepers and catering staff - special mention to Roger at reception who helped us when we needed to stay for an extra night and is genuinely one of the nicest blokes ever!

Breakfast was good, views are epic, and room has great heating.

Noise insulation is very poor. Don’t recommend booking with city view, as you’ll hear cars and honking all night. Could hear a woman talking on the phone all night THROUGH my earplugs AND pillows.

Everything was really good , I ask for late check out and was till 8pm that made the waiting for my trip really easy and comfortable. Lili at the reception was super nice to me and very helpful with everything. The shower was rainy shower and worked perfectly.

Location is excellent and the staff were very helpful with everything. Nothing was an issue for them. U can walk out your door and you are virtually in the witches markets

All was great

The staff were so so lovely and helpful to me when I was extremely sick during my stay at the hotel. They even went out and got me medicine as I was too ill to leave the room. The room is spacious, the shower is AMAZING (best I had in Bolivia) and the room has a heater too. it’s centrally located near the witches market.

Great location, close to center, right next to Witches market. Helpful stuff, speaking English. Comfortable, modern and clean rooms, warm at night (which is not a given in most hotels in Bolivia), hot water both in shower and sink. Very good breakfast.

We arrived with the night bus at 6 am and early check in was no problem at all. Staff is super friendly and helpfull and speaks great English too. Breakfast was nice and the view from the top is cool. Also the location os close to the witches market and a gondola station :)

Very nice hotel just 2 blocks from the pedestrian mall Beds are comfy, everything is very clean. It's quiet between rooms. Some street noise during the day but quiet at night. The shower is great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast is very good with eggs, bread, jam, cheese, meat, juice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The shower was hot and powerful. The reception staff were excellent, one man in particular (sorry don’t have name) helped us out with transport and another man helped us with a tour and they were super friendly which was very welcome. Bed comfortable

Best shower we had in 3w of travel in Bolivia and Peru! Everything was clean and there was a generous amount of towels and soap, shampoo. The bed was OK. The staff is friendly and helped us with luggage storage.

Although we had a room not directly facing the street, we could hear the traffic noise at all times. In addition, there was a party with loud music in the neighborhood until 3am. Bring earplugs.

Location: right in the center of the bustling city. Good value for money. Clean.
