Overall good experience and nice hotel, ambiance was good, very convenient location and walkable for anywhere. Staff was friendly and good manager. If you inform prior they will help you with cab, auto, taxi for local travel and airport pick-up and drop. Cleanliness and washroom was good, 24hour hot water availabile and food taste was ok.

Breakfast was not included but overall food quality was ok and limited options better to eat outside having many good options. I didn't like one thing that not providing water bottles everything is chargeable. They offer water in jar but during COVID it's not safe. Not providing basic tea, coffee sachet as well as no basic toilatories and tooth brush...etc

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the tourist attractions. The room service was decent. Also, food was yummy ( especially the sev tamatar ki sabzi)

To start with, the water in the bathroom tap was quite chilled. Even after complaining they didn't give us a proper solution. But the basin tap had hot water. Even the electric kettle in our room was detached from its base. However, they did replace it with a new one after several attempts to fix the old one. The air conditioning was not working properly. Lastly, the menu was a bit pricey according to the quantity of food served.
