Fantastic stay, great value for money. Staff were excellent in assisting

Pool was nice. Located walking distance from some of our favourite places. Staff were great. Wifi was excellent.

One shower flooded (blocked drain) and in the other room shower barely worked (drizzle rather than shower). Not a deal breaker though.

The location is amazing - cute little Italian right next door. The pool is a nice little area too and the bed was comfortable. They were amenable to a late check in too.

Could use a revamp and the bedsheets were very stained which made me feel a bit uncomfortable getting into bed.

The hot water, but this place was a dump. :-(

I dont know how this place has an overall review above 8. Something isn't right here. Deserves to be in the 6 range. I thought I could trust booking com reviews. :-( It was by far the worst stay I ever had in Ubud. NOISY, CHEESEY, DIRTY, NO SHAMPOO, NO BALI CHARACTER, NO CHARACTER. Yes, it was inexpensive, but I stayed in other places in Ubud at the same price, and they were ALOT NICER. :-(

A very spacious room situated in a convenient area. Great for going to Yoga Barn and exploring nearby restaurants!

I bought the room with no breakfast! The room was very spacious and comfy beds! The Staff: Nofi, Wedji and Kadek are friendly and very helpful with a big smile on their faces!

many worms coming in the room .. my shower drain takes a bit longer to flush the water down hence might flood in the bathroom. the sink is abit run down and broken … the tv channel was all indo channels and nothing much to watch so it’s abit useless (for someone who doesn’t speak or read Bahasa)

AC was good, Fridge with water, Opposite a shop Central location, Comfy bed / TV, WiFi good, room is huge, Nice size pool with sun beds, big balcony Staff seemed nice enough when we spoke to them, Some guests were really inconsiderate shouting, banging & running up the hall at 1.30am & the hotel checked said they checked CCTV and had a word with them which we were happy about.

Not the cleanest upon arrival, cockroach in the shower, caterpillar crawling round, parts of the floor dirty, ants etc however housekeeping going forward was fine. Loud road noise from 7am onwards Shower water has no pressure so the tiniest amount comes out and doesn’t stay hot for too long No duvet cover on the duvet but I assume they clean the duvet between guests Paying with cash on arrival rather than card

Really great location, directly opposite Coco Supermarket in Ubud. Walking distance to the Monkey Forest attraction and to Jalan Hanoman the other way. My room had everything that I needed for my stay and the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They assisted with taking my laundry to wash and returning it, so I didn't have to find a laundry myself. There's a shared kitchen, which is helpful for washing up after my meals.

My room's balcony was facing the road so I could hear the traffic noise all the time. Daily cleaning is basic and you can tell that there are some areas that require more detailed cleaning.
