We truly Love the room ambient, the space and outlook. Tho it looked slightly different from the photos. I've booked a Studio Ocean Room with expectation to have a clear view of the ocean. Perhaps to indicate that room is partially sea view room. Reception has to indicate this to guests upon check in. Nevertheless, I might still stay again with this hotel in future. Thank you so much for our stays. Hopefully my comments will be accepted positively.

We were quite upset that we got a summon from the police becoz the taxi drivers complained to the personnel. I have stated in my request earlier during booking that I required a parking space for my car and my partner's motorcycle. From Friday evening till Saturday we were not informed about any issues pertaining the parking. But, we were shocked to findout summons on our vehicles on the morning of our last stay. If I didn't request about the parking matters personally, we won't be upset but because I have highlighted this matter in advance and yet we got involved in an issue. I would have enjoyed my stay wholly/entirely if this issues didn't arise. Plus if someone from the hotel could advise us to park in a designated parking or move to another parking space allotment for the hotel instead of where we parked then it would gave US a Wow Factor towards this Hotel. On another note, I have also highlighted about the late check out and I was told by 1pm. However, a staff came and knocked at our door around 12.30noon. I then have explain that the hotel have given me a late checkout by 1pm. It seems that there was a miscommunication from booking processes or missing information for bookings. TV reception was blurry. Also the hose/pipe to wash after using the toilet supposed to be on the right. As it will be inconvenient to guests with the current setup. We don't wash using right hand if holding the hose using the left hand.

The location near of my work site also it's easy to get the food

The TV channel only have 2 channel.

Dark and a little old facilities. The shower lacks of a division, so when taking a shower, the floor and toilet may get wet.
