Apartment is bright, modern and adequately equipped for a few nights stay. We had to put on the covers for the pillows and duvets ourselves, as these were placed neatly on the beds.The railway station is just 3 minutes walk away, and the bus-stop slightly further. However, it is quite a long bus ride to Friedrichshafen Stadt. Use of the ironing board and iron is communally shared, and use of washing machine and tumbler is charged individually and located in the basement of one of the apartments.

The washbasin in the bathroom is very small and floods easily; would have been nice if extra towels could be supplied to mop up the mess after each washing. TV is in an awkward position, just above two big chairs and one has to be careful not to knock one's head when getting up from the chair.

The apartment is perfect for a stay at Bodensee region. We plan to come back to the region during summer, and for sure we will try to stay in the same apartment.

during the stay, we found 3 cockroaches on different days. since we have baby, we were quite concern for the hygiene everyday, worrying the roaches might crawl the baby stuff. it’s a pity to discover the cockroach problem, otherwise the rest is good

Bed was not made on arrival. Guest had to put on pillowcase and duvet. Better pillows or more of them would improve stay. Extra towels.

The duplex apartment was beautiful and the location perfect for getting around easily in the Bodensee area. We would definitely stay here again when we visit this area again.

The arrival instructions and required key box codes were given in advance of arriving and the apartments were very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again if there is availability!

Some shower gel would have been great but I appreciate that this is just a very small thing.

Fabulous location and facilities... Close to the Messe, museums, tourist attractions, etc. Clean, quiet and friendly.

Modern/New/Convenient

Looks nice but disappointed. We paid €35 for dog cleaning but on arrival there was white dog hair everywhere not from our non shedding dog. Pillows on the bed are horrible no extra supplied. Kitchen dishes/pans not washed up properly. No battery in TV remote. Quite loud from the cars outside. Nowhere comfy to sit to relax.

The flat was great clean and well equiped. We were 3 people and it was perfect. The location is quite and near city center to enjoy the lake.

Nice small playground for kids with a few toys just in the garden although some of the toys were broken. Good for kids to play whilst parents prepare a lunch or unpacking things.

The kitchen table is too low to be able to seat normally with the available chairs. The chairs or the table need to be replaced to be able to seat properly. Quite steep stairs to the upper floor, dangerous for small kids without constant attention.
