New 7 bed 5 bath house w/ pool table, neighborhood pool & backs up to park
Nuova casa nella suddivisione delle colline senesi. Può dormire 22! Finito giugno 2019. Letti nuovi di zecca e tutti i mobili. 1 letto king size, 5 letti a castello, 2 letti a castello a tre piazze e 2 divani letto. Sala giochi su per le scale con tavolo da ping pong e biliardo. Torna a Sienna Hills Park che comprende un grande campo da calcio, parco giochi, splash pad, b ball court e tavolo da picnic. House ha un grande tavolo che può ospitare 12, 4 al bar e un tavolo pieghevole per ospitare altri 6. Great property for family groups

This was a perfect home for our group. Every family had a bathroom and bedroom, plus the older kids had a bunk room. We had a blast using the boogie boards in the garage as well!

The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade games. The game room was fun for all. We enjoyed going to the lake and using the kayaks. The swimming pool was walking distance and very fun for the kids as well. It was too hot to go hiking, but it’s close to many hiking places. The seven bedrooms was perfect for our size family.

We rented this house for a golf trip for 8 guys in April 2024.
The house was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space for our group. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were more than enough kitchen amenities for the entire group.
The house was centrally located, which came in handy for getting to and from our courses. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive.
More than anything, communication with the owner was outstanding. John was always willing to accommodate our special requests and it was very much appreciated.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was well stocked with enough and then some for our family to enjoy. The pool while a little chilly, understandable at this time of year was great for the kids to enjoy. We did not get to enjoy the park on this trip but it was close by and looked great. It was centrally located for some nice hikes, shopping, and the center of town.

A perfect setting for 16 of us over Christmas! Weather was a little cool, but we still used the park, walking and bike trails (behind the back fence) nearly every day. Kitchen had pans, toaster, crock pot, fridge in garage, and other useful items. Some said the beds and pillows were less comfortable as they would have wished them to be. Open floor plan was beautiful!

We have an early Thanksgiving get together but we don't cook turkey so we call it our Fake Thanksgiving. There were a total of 20 family members and the house worked great for us. It was clean and with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we had plenty of room. The host let me check in early which helped immensely. The home was well stocked with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks so much!!

We loved this home and will stay again. It was my husband and I, 6 other adults and 7 children. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen had all that we needed to make a lot of great meals. The location was just want we wanted to be able to have fun outdoors hiking and going out to eat a few times. The owner is very nice to work with.

We got there and the place was very spacious for 14 to 16 people and had bedrooms for every couple etc... loved the pool and hot tub, pool was a bit chilly for October but Hot Tub was awesome! Quiet neighborhood and very clean! We really enjoyed out stay and the beds slept really good

We were in St George for a tennis tournament. Staying at your place was fabulous. We all had our own space for sleeping but had a gathering place in the kitchen and living area.

Johns home is very well equipped with everything you'll need during your trip. It is a very short (10 min) drive to Sand Hollow and 7 min to Downtown St. George. The home itself is very beautiful and in a very quite area. Many rooms for the whole family and plenty of bathrooms so no one was fighting over the toilet. The provided sporting equipment was a big plus for that extra fun. would recommend staying here any day. My whole family loved it

The property is a nice home. Second time we have stayed here. The first time, the house was fairly new. This time it was not as clean as before. Not sure cleaning company is as thorough as previous. Still a great place especially for our group of guys (all family) on our annual golf trip to St. George.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. I loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms there were - each family unit in our group had their own place to sleep and get ready. Love how close it to the park and anything you'd need to shop for. Appreciated the clear communication with the owner. My sister-in-law's father just happened to book the same house for their Christmas family gathering - after staying there with us she said she's looking forward to being there again.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It suited our needs. My only suggestion would be to maybe replace the skillets. They appeared to be very “used”. John was very responsive when we had a brief issue with the refrigerator. We were able rectify the situation and he offered to send a repairman, but it was not needed. The house had plenty of room and beds.

The place was comfortable. The problems we had were that the beds were double and we are use to king and queens. I don’t feel like there was enough seating for when we were just hanging out. The house was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. There were not enough garbage bags for the amount of people we had.

The property was nice and in good condition overall and had lots of room. Only down side was not having the correct code and not being able to get ahold of the property manager for almost an hour trying to get into the property. It was clean over all but there was a pile of dirty laundry in the closet with the vacuums.
