Stayed 13 nights, had a great time. Great Gulf view from large balcony. Property priced reasonably commensurate with value.

Loved being right on the beach.

This was our 17th year, and almost all have been at the Inverness. The views and location are fantastic!!

Great location and access to the beach. Nice lanai but not useful because of the lousy weather. The hot tub was wonderful. The furnishings were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The shower head had very little water pressure.

We love the wide lanai here to just sit on lounge chairs, read, talk and watch the ocean. We also love to walk out the back of the building and take a long stroll on the beautiful beach, especially in the early evening. Our host was available for questions as needed and was very upfront about how she was cleaning the unit due to covid which we appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The balcony was the best part as we sat out there most of the time watched the waves and listening to the ocean. It was so calming. The condo is very close to the beach which is what we wanted. Thank you!!!

We tried to turn in key fobs and was late getting on the road because noone showed up to open the doors. Was not even a drop box. But the lady Carol. She was very nice and helpful

Carol’s customer service is exceptional. I didn’t agree w/ the security deposit held on my card but she fixed and made the experience right. Communication was right away even though I didn’t expect it because I always plan ahead w/ my questions/ concerns. Even when we though we only spoke online, she sounds very pleasant and so island welcoming. I can relate because I’m from another island w/ welcoming hospitality as well. I think the price could of been a little cheaper because we don’t spend time in the room. I’m at the beach by 7:30 am/ 8 am sleeping the rest of my time on the beach, tanning, and beaching the salt ocean. We enjoyed our away from reality.

Loved the condo!

Condo was even nicer than we anticipated. Great view!! Building itself could use some updating and there were issues with the elevators being out of service at times but other than that our stay was great! And we know that this is not an issue or responsibility of this property owner but rather a building management issue.

Loved my stay here. I absolutely love the view being able to watch the sunrise in the morning.

Great area and condo

Room was perfect for my husband and I to have a few relaxing days at the beach. Close to everything and right on the beach.

The Owners of the unit, who live only two blocks away said that if we needed anything they would come. We did not want or need for anything accept for one thing. There was a tile flooring being removed in the unit above us. We contacted the owner of our unit and they called the property. Bottom line the issue was resolved in minutes. The kitchen had all of the appliances that you will need. This was our fourth trip to South Padre Island together. We highly recommend this 9th floor unit. You can’t beat the sounds and the view from the balcony. We will be back.

Perfect size, with a very comfortable feel. The balcony delivered as advertised, and you can't be any closer to the water. The owner was very responsive and very informative, making the check in process easy upon arrival. The island is my go to vacation spot, and I can see this being my first choice for future trips. Will definitely encourage friends and family to give this place a try. Enjoyed my stay!

The view was excellent. The room is starting to show its age but was clean. It really couldn't have been any better other than the weather being a little warmer, but for Dec it wasn't too bad.

Unit needs updated badly. All furniture but dining room chairs were extremely uncomfortable as felt like sinking to floor. gave up on bed as so uncomfortable and decided to try sleeper sofa however no bedding for it. No extra blankets at all. Checked with into a hotel for 1 good night sleep: Total disappointment! however the view from balcony was spectacular just could not sit on furniture. All cheap plastic with no cushions. feel bad but this ruined our trip. Only 5 forks are n kitchen and about as many glasses The blue plates and bowls are chipped. not our previous experience with VRBO. Last remodeled 2014 but unit didn’t reflect that. Feel entitled to refund as couldn’t cook in unit with supplies there and had to leave to get a good night sleep. Did enjoy Standing on balcony. towels were thread bare and very rough and no beach towels. Won’t do this again..save your money

The property had everything to offer to feel at home. The over sized balcony with such proximity to the water was put to great use! Carol was only an email away if any questions and she was quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again!

We've been to SPI for many years & have stayed all along the beach. We have finally found the best spot on the island. Condo was perfection & we will be back to our same spot. Thank you Carol. 😊

After some issues with the VRBO payment site, we decided not to cancel. We had a great time. This property was right on the beach with beach view. Yes, the patio is really that big! We enjoyed watching the sun rise while having our morning coffee and having meals outside. The trash shoot was conveniently located in the hall way across from the condo. Parking a big truck in the garage was a challenge for me, but extra parking in front worked helped. Ms Carol answered any questions we had any was very helpful. We will go back!

We had an amazin time the location is perfect the condo is well equipped dog friendly and kid friendly... We hope to come back soon.

This is a special property. Perfect for couples. 9th floor is spectacular. Special efforts were made to make sure the property was ready for us after not being occupied for a while due to COVID-19 quarantine, which was very much appreciated. Also, some improvements and updates are planned/underway and sure to make it even more special.

Some of the pictures of the property need updating. Furniture on balcony needs cleaning including cushions & loungers. Unit was well stocked with everyday items. Overall stay was relaxing. Owner was very accomodating & helpful.

Tremendous view from a large balcony. Other guests were very friendly.

The balcony was amazing, being on the 9th floor was great. The pelicans would fly so close you felt like you could touch them. Everyone in the building was so nice. We were walking distance to everything. Love it, would stay there again.
