Beautiful estate with a great pool and very clean rooms.

The only minor issue was the wifi quality in the room.

Beautiful property, in a peaceful rural location. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and could be eaten outside if desired. The property has a lovely pool, overlooking the valley - very welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Natalia and Paolo are delightful and generous hosts, taking time to share local knowledge and recommendations.

King room would have benefited from a chest of drawers so that T-shirts, sweaters etc could be unpacked, rather than just hanging space. Also, there are sufficient power points, but not near bedside or other flat surface, for example for phone charging. Simple solution would be an extension lead near the bed.

The info said one of our rooms had a washing machine, which was not correct. Rooms could have been cleaned more often, like once every couple of days. No chest of drawers or shelves in rooms so we had to live out of our suitcases for everything we couldn't hang up.

Breakfast was lovely, a little different each day and served in a stunning room. Natalia was serving us most days (another nice lady one day ) and they made us feel very welcome. The pool area was beautiful and we loved watching the birds from the terrace here . The gardens are lovely too. There is no noise and you feel at one with nature. We love Natalia and her husband's attention to detail, every single thing looks perfect . Even the garage is expertly disguised so it looks like a stone wall ! We loved our room and the shower was fabulous . A big sink too, all the things we love when we go away .

The room and building were picturesque and kept clean

We were mislead into believing this is a farm stay, but it was in fact more of a bed and breakfast in a rural area. The description said there would be a coffee machine in the rooms but this was only found in the breakfast hall. Moreover we had been advised that dinner would be a possibility on site, however, upon arrival we were informed that it was not present at this time of the year (despite having asked for this specifically before arriving). Lastly although we understood that the room is not cleaned out on a daily basis, we were shocked to be told that we would have to pay an extra charge to have our towels changed after 2 days, as the norm at this accommodation is to change them every 3 days.

Location spectacular. Our hosts were gracious and accommodating. The common areas with open fire are spectacular.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff, nice pool and great view of mountains! We enjoyed our stay a lot and wish we could stay longer.

The most peaceful place I have ever stayed in. A beautiful country estate lovingly restored surrounded by olive trees. The breakfast prepared by our host was amazing. The weather wasn't as hot as were hoping so didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

The only downside was not having our room cleaned on a daily basis but think this is due to covid. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but I think they were in the main area and we hadn't realised.

It's a lovely property set amongst the green hills. The place offers a lot of privacy and is very calm and quiet so you can relax. The pool is nice and good size. The owner Natalia is kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good with local and fresh produce. There is a lovely and friendly dog Limo, who will appreciate a few strokes.

The area before the property is a little "miserable" so that's unfortunate, especially when coming from Val di Noto but that's of course not the property fault. The only thing that was annoying in our apartment was the bathtub, which had a nice design but was as functional as eating soup with a fork, It was really uncomfortable to take a shower in it and we have both kept slipping each time.

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts, who were very attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccable, the views were gorgeous, the silence and calm was exactly what we needed.

Everything was perfect. We loved the delicious breakfast, the beautiful estate, the garden with olive trees, roses and orange trees. If you want to relax, dont miss this place. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed.

we enjoyed our stay at Villa Santa Margherita. the place is peaceful and clean. breakfast was nice and the host is just lovely! perfect to stay a couple of nights to unwind.

The cleanliness, quiet and peaceful

My room was very nice but there were no shutters. So i had the lights from the garden on all night. I am used to sleeping in the dark so that was a bit of a bother. Otherwise good overall.
