House was spacious and comfortable for our four adult family members. It was well appointed. It was a good launching point for the hikes and getting out in Sedona. The hostess was responsive. We were well content with our stay.

Spent 2 nights in Sedona and had a great time. The house was just off the main strip and less than 10 minutes from a ton a hiking trails and places to eat. Would definitely stay longer next time.

Sedona is a very beautiful place.
The home we stayed in was very cute. It was cozy and spacious for our group of 6. I love the bookshelf, chill area. I want that space in my own house!
We didn’t use the backyard but it was designed where you can hangout.
Had a little hiccup with the kitchen sink plumbing but the owners took care of it immediately.

"Positive Energy" was our home for 5 nights and did not disappoint. Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood, it served as the perfect home base for day-tripping, was within walking distance to all amenities as well as some easy hikes and great views. We liked the fact the house and back yard were large so we could spread out, do our own thing if we wanted. Place was clean and well-stocked (e.g., towels, extra bedding, kitchen supplies). As a host, Janine was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed both before our trip and throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place for your own stay.

We had a great stay in Sedona. The house was located perfectly for most hikes and we didn’t have to deal with traffic. The house was well equipped with supplies including toiletries. The only thing I overlooked was that the master bedroom did not have its own entrance. You need to go through another bedroom to enter it.

Our family - mom, dad, and two college age young adults - kicked off a week of vacation with a stay in Sedona. Janine’s home was perfect for us. We were so close to all Sedona had to offer. Nothing was more than a walk or short ride away. The home was clean and had all we needed for our stay - even walking sticks for our hikes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Due to rain and flooding in Sedona, we spent a lot of time in this house, so I can assure everyone it is very nice, looks just like the photos, and is in a fantastic, centrally located area. Very good for families.

We enjoyed our stay. Sedona is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The location is great close to everything. Take a walk up the hill at the end of the street turn around and be awed by the view. Janine’s communication was great! The extra touches such as walking sticks and all the info on hikes and the area were greatly appreciated. Janine’s place is a great place to stay.

Wonderful, cozy, lovely stay!
We loved our stay! The house is spacious but cozy and very thoughtfully decorated and stocked. There were very clear instructions on where everything was, and there were helpful extras for guests as well. We had everything we could have wanted and more.
Janine and her co-host were wonderfully communicative and had terrific recommendations and resources for activities and restaurants. This was the perfect house for us and we highly recommend it!

Awesome Experience
A friend and I stayed at this terrific property for a few nights while exploring Sedona. The house met our needs perfectly and was as advertised. It's a very comfortable home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with terrific access to the main road through West Sedona. This property is extremely well stocked with lots of extras. We made good use of the yoga hut, too, which was an added bonus. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. The host's recommendations for hikes and restaurants were terrific. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect location, easy access to everywhere
We enjoyed the space after full days of hiking, sight seeing and shopping. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. I loved the outdoor space with the shade tree and the comfy furniture. Perfect for reading or conversations or just quietly reflecting. I really appreciated the large tub, although the jets were not working. We really needed nothing extra here, as Janine has thought of everything. There is a property manager available for questions or tips. Also, there are scads of brochures and sight seeing information in the house. There is a nice hill to walk in this street which provide great views of the red rocks. I would recommend this property and host.

Accommodating and Helpful
Due to flight cancelations, there was a change in plans with my stay in West Sedona, but Janine and Daniel were more than helpful and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed the rental immensely, and were centrally located near everything we wanted to do while in Sedona! Hiking, shopping, dining...it was a great time, and a great house!

Amazing home in perfect setting!
This was the best VRBO we have had. It was clean and quiet yet had tons of personality!! Walking distance to hiking, biking and groceries. We used the backyard and could not have been happier. We rented bikes at the end of the block and the employees advised us on trails and hikes.
Household necessities - including shower supplies were provided. This was an amazing surprise for us - as we had flown in and assumed we would have to run out and buy. There is a CVS and Walgreens within walking distance as well.

Best Stay Ever
The best rental we have ever stayed at. We have never felt more welcome than we did at this house. everything was perfect. the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes . The back yard was beautiful. great sitting area, BBQ, fire pit, hamock and yoga space. I could go on forever. Thanks you again.

Relaxing getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we had stayed longer than 2 nights in Sedona. The house has a lovely reading nook area that my son said looked right out of HGTV. My daughter particularly enjoyed the hammock and the ping pong table. The hosts were very helpful and very gracious when we broke a plate. There are tons of maps and brochures that were useful. Snacks provided were a nice touch. Very high quality towels and sheets.

Loved the house and the interiors. Very well decorated. Loved the book collection and kids loved the indoor games. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Janine and Property manager were very easy to reach and very responsive with their communication.
