Beautiful newly renovated home - Great location close to beach and town center
Cottage in stile Artigiano classico Cape May recentemente rinnovato e restaurato. Ottima posizione, a soli 17 case di distanza dalla spiaggia ea soli 3 isolati dal centro della città. Questo c. La casa del 1925 è stata completamente rinnovata e restaurata nel 2016 con finiture di alta qualità dall'alto verso il basso, tra cui una nuova cucina abitabile con armadi bianchi in stile Shaker ed elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio inossidabile. La casa dispone di tre nuovi bagni con splendide finiture in piastrelle di ceramica. Le caratteristiche originali della casa sono state restaurate, tra cui il mantello del camino in rovere, una vetrata e splendidi pavimenti in legno rifiniti.
Il primo piano dispone di un ampio portico soleggiato nella parte anteriore della casa che è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, osservare la gente e godersi la brezza dell'oceano. Sempre al primo piano si trova un ampio soggiorno con TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 42 ", un'enorme sala da pranzo formale, con un grande tavolo da pranzo in stile familiare, con un'incantevole nicchia per sedersi e leggere un libro. La nuova cucina abitabile è aperta sulla sala da pranzo e sul soggiorno e presenta tutti i nuovi armadi, elettrodomestici e ripiani con splendide finiture in marmo di Carrera. Completa il primo piano una grande camera da letto soleggiata sul retro della casa con un nuovo bagno privato. Situato appena fuori dalla camera da letto si trova la terrazza sul tetto. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi alla fine di una giornata in spiaggia.
Il secondo piano dispone di due ampie camere da letto soleggiate (una con due letti singoli e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale), un nuovo bagno nella hall e una grande suite matrimoniale con un bellissimo bagno nuovo e due cabine armadio.
Il terzo piano ospita un'incantevole camera in stile loft (13 "X 25"), un posto perfetto per i bambini, con 4 letti singoli e una TV "smart" a schermo piatto da 40 ".
La casa dispone di un piccolo cortile recintato, perfetto per i bambini piccoli, due parcheggi fuori strada, una doccia esterna in cedro di nuova costruzione, griglia per barbecue in acciaio inossidabile, nonché un comodo seminterrato, con molto spazio per riporre e un facile accesso dal cortile.

Very, very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. 3 blocks to beach, 5-6 blocks to shopping. We walked everywhere. No negatives. Will book again. Thanks John!!!

We had the best Girl’s Weekend at this perfect, cozy, yet classy cottage. The craftsmanship is amazing. The home is exceptionally clean, very spacious, very comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen. The location is a convenient walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved everything about this home and highly recommend staying here. We will be returning for sure.

Perfect home for a group or family.
We stayed for a girls weekend, but plenty of amenities if we were to bring our kids. The house is so cute and kitchen is beautiful. The owner was so responsive and made our stay wonderful. We were able to walk to dinner, beach and shopping easily. We will definitely be back!

We rented this beautiful home for a family girl’s trip and it didn’t disappoint. The location is so convenient to walking to Washington Street shopping, the beach and all the great restaurants. The house has a great 1st floor bedroom and three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has a large room with four beds that makes a great space for kids. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was great to work with and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect location and accommodations for a big group. The house had so much that we were able to pack lightly. We were able to get into the house a couple hours before our scheduled check in time. John was very attentive and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The house was beautiful, extremely clean, had everything we needed, and the owner was so kind and responsive! We all had a great time! We had four generations of our family from our 93-year-old grandmother down to our five-year-old son together. The kids had a wonderful time up in the loft for their big slumber party, and the adults had private rooms. The house was in a great location so we could easily walk to the beach and Washington for the shops and carriage ride/trolley tours! It was perfect for us! We would definitely recommend it!

Excellent house, love the 2 masters, the 3 full baths and 3rd floor loft for the kids. The updated kitchen has everything you need and more, there is plenty of room to eat with a large family, and the location is perfect distance from beach and downtown. All very walkable even for older people. The owner was extremely responsive—we wouldn’t change a thing!

Your cottage was warm and user friendly. Decorations gave us a special festive Christmas feeling one and all. Overall one of the best stays we ever had. Yesterday when we drove by upon leaving I saw the Recycling Can out in front but I did not put it out due to the instruction sheet mentioning Tuesday. In my complex we get a fine if we put our cans out early. If I made a mistake I deeply apologize. Once again, Thank You and Merry Christmas.

This was a friends reunion in Cape May. We had a great time and were able to fit many activities into our long weekend. The restaurants are fabulous, the shops fun and we enjoyed kibitzing at the house for hours on end.

Great Stay on Cape May
Beautiful home near to beach. Very clean with lots of room. Grand daughters (6 and 7) loved the 3rd floor loft. Had everything we needed go 6 adults 2 grand daughters and 1 year old grand son. Will definitely rent again

Beautiful House
The house is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. It is about 5 blocks to the beach and about half a mile to the Washington Street mall, through beautiful neighborhoods. My family loved staying here and hope to return next summer.

House was clean and very user friendly! Great location -- Walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. Good set-up to hang out at the house with plenty of seating inside and good outdoor space. We met the owner on the way out and he was very friendly, even recommending his favorite breakfast spot. Would definitely return!

This house was awesome..Very clean and well kept!!! 12 of my closest Friends Celebrated my 60th Birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location of the house was perfect we were in walking distance to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Owner was great. House Manager Dana was very helpful with any questions. I can’t wait to bring my family here next time.
