The stay was amazing. The condo is furnished with beach style which is gorgeous. The owner addressed our concerns right away. Also, while we were there new washer and dryer unit were delivered so that was amazing.

Very loud due to construction. Unable to stay in apt due to noise during the day. No security. All doors to main building and pool were unlocked. Described as family friendly but had to buy lots of stuff for stay. Way than more expected when renting a place like this. No fire safety. Pillows were stained and so was bedding. No beach friendly items except a few toys with couple chairs. Hard to carry everything to beach with small kids.

We were not given the unit # when we arrived and it took the owner an hour to call us back to provide us this information. Luckily, VRBO customer support was able to help us right away (Thank you!).
Then, I woke up Thursday morning to men standing on the balcony looking into my master room. I don't know how long they had been looking into the room. I did see the signs stating to stay off of the balcony, but I was given no warning in advance that workers would be on the balcony looking inside of the condo.

The unit itself was very nice, however, communication with the property managers, Evolve, was not good. There was construction in the building, which I knew ahead of time, and specifically requested of Evolve that I wanted in a unit unaffected by this construction. They did not let me know my balcony would not be accessible until time to check in! To be transparent, they did provide a small credit back to me after I complained.

Property was well-maintained, and had all the amenities that we were looking for including laundry, enough bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, and close to the beach with a nice pool! Entry into the building was smooth with parking right in front of the beach! Location provided us close proximity to the beach and pool, no rowdiness or crowds, which we really enjoyed!

All in all a nice condo; building is a bit old with a single elevator. New pool area was nice however the gates were not locked and not sure everyone was actually staying at the condo building that were in the pool. The beach chairs were nice but the umbrella was broken.

Great space & nice location on beach
Our family had a great stay at this Redington shores condo. Was very nice to have a bed for all of our family of 5 without using a sofa. Also plenty of living room seating and places for everyone to sit at the table. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beautiful view, great beach access, and nice pool. Location is convenient - walking distance to ice cream, pizza, and a couple restaurants.

Very relaxing stay
The property was as expected. Clean and right near the beach. Enjoyed the stay immensely. The only downside was the TV in the living room didn't work. The owner and I tried to get it to work, but we were unsuccessful. I didn't call the cable company because we really didn't watch much TV. The other 2 tvs worked fine. Really not much of an issue. I'm sure the owner will get the issue rectified.

Nice place!
Check in super easy. Condo is well taken care of and clean and equipped with a few bonuses like pool towels and beach chairs. Owners obviously take very good care of condo. Pool grounds could be better taken care of. Would definitely stay here again however Red tide was awful during our stay so not sure if we would come back to the gulf.

I was completely satisfied with the condo. I didn’t know and wasn’t familiar with red tide. The dead fish baked out in the sun for seven days behind the condo. No one cleaned the beaches not one time!! The smell was breath taking as soon as we stepped outside..Buzzards were perched on the roof of the condo. It was sad and nasty to see. I had to travel out of our way to visit clean beaches. I am exhausted from traveling! If this continues, I can see tourist disappearing and property value dropping!

We really enjoyed the condo, all the amenities were well thought out and appreciated. If there was 1 thing we would not like but not a problem at all.. only 1 elevator sometimes the wait was a little long. But we really liked the condo.

Perfect-would stay there again
The property was just as described. Spotless clean. It had four beach chairs, 6-7 beach towels, and a beach umbrella and the thing to screw in the umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was great! We would stay here again !

Redington condo
The process to getting in was quick and easy. Beautiful views, comfy living quarters. Clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook. Beach items available, and just an overall great place to go. Restaurants and shops within walking or short drive. Planning our trip for next year and we will be back! Can't wait to see the renovated pool area (that will make the place top notch!)

San remo reddington shores.
Great condo with quick access to the beach. Year round owners are very pleasant and dont make you feel like your an inconvenience. Only maybe offputting thing is there is a bird rescue next door that might sometimes emit some offputting smells. Other than that we loved our stay. We would definitely come back.

San Remo condo
Loved how the pool area was beach side. This layout was just perfect for our family. The condo was very nice, bright and spacious. We utilized the two beach chairs and boogie board that were available. Friendly people around.

Perfect Vacation Spot
For our family of 6 this was perfect. The condo was spacious, clean, and filled with all the essentials. The beach is gorgeous and from the living room you can see the beach and intercostal waters. The condo community is family friendly and there are great local restaurants all around! This was our second year staying in this condo and we will be back next year.

We will be back again!!
The condo was very clean and accurately described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the condo was stocked with plenty of towels, convenient in unit washer and dryer (stacked unit), beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a big fridge with an ice maker that produced a lot of ice for our vacay drinks! The beds were comfortable the twin being the most comfortable. Our son was excited! The kitchen and pantry were stocked with the essentials for your stay. We have stayed in Madeira Beach and liked the convenience of that location more, but everything was just a short 10 minutes or so away. The pool and jacuzzi (very hot!) was nice and was not crowded. You didn’t need to fight to claim a chair which was wonderful and the shaded outdoor seating provides much needed relief from the sun. The beach access is right behind the building and the beach is beautiful. If you are looking for shells this is not the beach, you have to travel down the road to Treasure Island but it is not a big deal! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend this condo and San Remo vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at San Remo very much. We loved our condo, the closeness of the pool, the hot tub, and the beach. It was a great location to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and sightseeing. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. I’d recommend the San Remo highly.

Very cute place, close to the beach and pool. Traffic gets a little loud but didn't bother us as we were barely in the condo. Beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious and nice furnishings. Housekeeping could do a bit better job on cleaning. Door pass/locks didn’t always work. Lobby could use a bit updating. The pool and hot tub need to be repainted and cleaned. Other then that the beach was perfect. The beds slept well and owner provided all that way needed. We enjoyed ourselves.

Exactly as advertised
We were thrilled to see that this place was exactly as advertised. It has plenty of space, which was important to us as we have toddler. Many places we looked at were over decorated and full of nick-nacks. Not attractive to people with kids. Our little guy had plenty of room to play and explore. Pool was great. Temperature very comfortable and never crowded. My one suggestion is not visiting the Publix that is the closest. It is very small and has a very little selection. We went to one a little further away and found everything we needed. We loved the location of the building and would definitely repeat this place!

Great place and price!
Clean, great oceanview, quiet beach and much more. It was nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and pool noodles to use. Well stocked kitchen made it a breeze to make meals. Even the wifi was great. Best of all the beach is out your backdoor. Excellent place and the owners were willing to answer any questions I had. Book this place, you will love it!

Our first stay in Redington
The property was just as nice as the pictures show. It was very clean as well. It does not state if there are blow dryers, however I was told there was. Unfortunately there was only one to share with 2 bathrooms so that was an issue each morning with our other guests. The queen mattress in the guest bedroom sank in the middle and should be flipped, rotated or replaced asap. One of the outdoor chairs on the balcony was broke and was supposed to be replaced but never was. However it didn't affect the 4 of us. But they did supply beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. which was very nice. Tons of pots and pans and dishes and supplies. The bathrooms were redone and very updated. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Walking right out to the beach was also a perk!

Family summer vacation
The condo is beautiful and clean. It was a pleasure speaking and working with the owner. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. I called Evolve (management company) twice to get information and they referred me back to the owner. The condo was well equipped, very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool was nice and clean. The furniture were comfortable. But the hot tub could have been a little cleaner. My family and I rent every year making this our new home away from home.

Property was better than expected, side view from balcony was still a great view of the beach, which was not at all crowded. Beach-side pool was awesome. Condo was well-stocked. Loved the shopping carts in the lobby for transporting groceries! There were luggage carts as well. Everything was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Stay !!!
We rented this same condo last year at which time we really enjoyed ourselves. This year nothing changed ... a great 10 days. I believe it was renovated early in 2018, and since then they have done a great job taking out the old bathtub and putting in a new, nicely appointed shower. Nice job! Right on the beach it is very handy to groceries, shopping and restaurants.. Very clean, well appointed and well equipped. The owner contacted me the evening before we left to check how are stay was ... first class!
