Had plenty of space for all the family. Loved the boat dock and fire pit. House had everything we needed from the kitchen amenities to outside games and chairs. Love the screen porch for relaxing in a bug free space to watch nature. The parking was plenty of space for our multi car family and our boat trailer. The area of the lake is beautiful and fun. Was the perfect trip to spend time with family and boat and swim.

Perfect place to getaway from all the noise and hustle of life. Beautifully quiet to watch nature or just stand at the end of the dock, throw out the fishing line and relax.

Me and the wife came down. Just us on a Thursday. Surprised her with more friends coming down as well for her 40th bday. We had a blast. Got out on the lake and enjoyed swimming and cruising the lake. Location was great, house was clean and very well stocked with anything one would need. Hosts are very good with communicating the whole time. We didn’t have any complaints. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this property! The screened in back porch overlooking the backyard and lake was great for watching the wildlife and water. The neighborhood was friendly and our teenage girls could ride their golf cart. The boat dock was perfect for our pontoon. We found a fun family game we all played the last night we were there and it was a great time. Could not ask for anything else! Great place to stay with everything we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was easy to talk to and everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this place for family gatherings. No complaints. I can not say enough about how clean and furnished it was.

Everything was great. The house, the location and especially the owners. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house had pretty much everything that you need for any type of stay: adult getaway or family gathering with kids. We will definately book again next year for our third year.

Even better than we expected
The property was beautiful and the house was perfect for our two families to come together. The home was very clean and incredibly stocked and thought out. The downstairs area was perfect for the cousins to spend stone together while the adults were upstairs. I couldn’t have asked for a better set up. We will definitely be back again.

The beds were terrible. They seemed to be like old spring box springs that squeaked when you moved. We tried all three queens, all same.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway near Land Between the Lakes
The house was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable for our family and our friends to stay together. We appreciated the dual master bedrooms. The views were beautiful. We loved sitting on the dock, watching the birds and enjoying the nice spring weather as well as sitting by the firepit at night. The porch was a perfect spot for all of our game time and meals. We loved the beautifully remodeled kitchen that was very well equipped. It made it easy to prepare all of our meals. Overall, we were very comfortable and felt at home. We could’ve easily stayed another night! The only downside is the distance to any outings. We were 20-40 minutes from all of the state parks and land between the lakes activities, which isn’t awful, but did make for a bit of planning ahead due to the drives. We would definitely recommend this property, however, for anyone desiring a nice, peaceful, relaxing lake getaway.

Family trip
House was great and stocked beyond imagination. Everything you could possibly want or need was available. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go and do. The house was clean and neat. If I had one disappointment is would be the deck. I know decks with woods around are hard to keep clean but this one could use a good power washing and then swept before guests arrive. There were lots of dead flys, gnats and dirt on it. However we stilled enjoyed sitting outside the whole time we were there. The screened in porch was also nice and we spent one rainy afternoon out there playing games. Overall, it is a great house and we had a wonderful visit.

We loved out stay here. The house was perfect for our 2 families of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed the cove on the lake as well as exploring some of the surrounding areas. Definitely recommend this house. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space!

Such a beautiful house! There was more than enough space for our family of 4 to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and even included coffee and tea. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The only tiny problem we had was with the upstairs bedroom doors. The barn doors were gorgeous, but they did let in a lot of light/sound from the living room. Only a problem if someone is staying up late to watch TV. The house was very clean! I have vacationed in more than one house that resulted in me cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, but not this one! There were Lysol wipes left out on the counter, which I very much appreciated. The contact was lovely and answered all my questions. It was very nice to be right on the water. We enjoyed spending the cool mornings on the screened in porch watching the deer in the backyard! We had a great time!

Relaxing home
Really great property. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well-equipped, lots of space. Could use a little more clarity on the steepness of the hill leading down to the lake (doable, just steeper than pics look). Also, it rained on our last night and the back steps are very slippery - dangerously so. Steps should be taken to make them safer.

Amazing place!
The pictures online do not do this property justice!! It is such a beautiful home that has excellent quality appliances, decor, etc. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we could need for preparing meals and more. The dock was perfect for taking the boat out and enjoying the water. Nan was excellent with communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Lake house retreat
3 couples had a wonderful escape. Well stocked kitchen, great shower pressure, plenty of towels, loved the farmhouse sink and soft close cabinets. 2nd frig in garage for drinks was great too. Short walk to dock for fishing and swimming. Great place to escape for a bit in the madness of COVID 19! Thanks Nan.

Exceptional
I can't say enough great things about this property!! It was the best appointed home we have stayed in. Everything you need is there from a very well stocked kitchen to extra linens and even laundry detergent if you needed it (we brought our own) The home itself is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the enclosed porch and the large deck every morning while watching the humming birds come to the feeder. The views are wonderful and privacy is great. I sat on the dock and enjoyed the lake with coffee. I highly recommend this vacation property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Awesome Home away from Home
Fantastic place to enjoy Lake Barkley & its surrounding beauty. Enjoyed Labor Day weekend here with 6 other adults & 4 kids and we all had plenty of space! House is equipped with everything that you would need to make meals and entertain. Very highly recommend this great vacation home!

Couldn’t have asked for more!
Husband, kiddo, small dog, myself, plus 2 other couples stayed here over Memorial Day weekend... Everything about the house and the location completely exceeded all our expectations!!! The house is fully furnished, CLEAN, comfortable, and holy cow the LOCATION! Do yourself a favor and stay at this amazing home!
