Property location - industrial area and next to the traffic noise of the busy motorway. Additional payments for all facilities, eg. parking on the property, breakfast and evening meal.

Easy access with a car, nice garden, and pool. Nonno Sergio was great and cooked us a great dinner.

We had booked at about 9pm when we missed a travel connection and paid for the night. When we arrived at Small Paradise (11km driving) at around 9.45pm the hosts told us that he had cancelled the booking. Apparently he said he had sent a message but we had not received this. Late that night we had to find another room for the night.

The place has a nice garden view and provides some simple breakfast at cost. There is not much public transportation around the location but is fine if you have a car.

The swimming pool was not as clean as the picture has shown, it could be maintained better. We stayed for a total of 10 nights but they only cleaned our room 1 time, they didn't clean it the second time as they said the room had a lot of stuff. In the end, we had to remove the trash or clean the room ourselves. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes around the accommodation, remember to bring your own spray if you are sensitive to them. Also, a bit surprised that they charge the breakfast for my baby who is under 2 years old and did not eat much at all.

The place is wonderfull. One can even stay whole day at the pool without worrying what to eat or drink, owner Sergio has taken care of menu and everything else. There is beautiful view, both sides you can see a mountain. The house is by the street, accessable very good with a car.

The location is poor. Without a car you will need to walk on a slipway to the train station. It takes quite a while to get to the beach. The bed was too soft for my liking and the room was a little antiquated.

Room was VERY VERY DATED. Dark and stuffy don't be fooled by the pics! Wifi didn't work only by the pool area which is pointless and didn't state that on the description. Didn't bother staying here as room wasn't up to standard. Told the host we will check in elsewhere, when I canx booking online host said he will refund 40euros for breakfast, still waiting for this. If you don't mind dusty, stuffy rooms and location is fairly out from the city, then book, if not book elsewhere! Looking at reviews, host might be good but there is a standard for rooms which this unfortunately didn't live up to.

off-season there is no pool or pool bar. this is basically this man’s house and he rents out rooms. breakfast area had very old moldy bread.

Bit too far out of town

The area was untidy, with work tools everywhere. The pool was without water and there was no seating around -there was a feeling that no one was waiting for the guests yet. Wi-Fi only worked on the terrace or in the stairwell. So we had to go on stairwell, owner did not like it, he wanted us to go on terrace to catch wi-fi, but it was cold and not enough chairs on terrace to sit for everyone. The blanket on bed was very thin for this season. Had to pay additional money for parking in accomondation territory (after that we drove all over Sicily and we did not have to pay extra for parking in the accommodation area, -we stayed in 6 more places).

I have no words to describe this amazing magical place! This experience is unforgettable! Papa Sergio is more than a host! He treats you like a member of his own family. I will definitely come back to Palermo just to live this experience again.
