Comfortable modern rooms in a great location close to restaurants, cafés and all attractions. Good communication with helpful host for a last minute booking. Would definitely stay here again!

Not possible to park on street in front of the property, but was easy enough to find free parking nearby. Also they offer parking in garage beneath the property for a fee.

We loved the location of the house, contact with the host and a little balcony overlooking the city!

Check in could have been a bit smoother. Noone was at the apartment and we didn't know the code of the key box. After a few minutes the neighbour let us in, communication could be a bit better.

very modern & close to what we wanted to see in Enna. we also found a great delicatessen a few blocks away.

The place has a kitchen area shared by two other rooms. Us but I can tell the French couple also staying were hoping to meet the owners, there was no indication before hand that a local festival was on. Causing chaos to find a parking, follow by how to get the keys. Overall very disappointed. The third room (next to us) was also taken, they made hell of noise most of the time.

The room and location were good.

I'm traveling for three weeks in Italy, both the peninsula and Sicily, with one bag. To make this work, every few days I do laundry. I chose this room specifically because under amenities it said "laundry." When I got there, the proprietor informed me that there were no laundry facilities, and she did nothing to help me out by either letting me use the machines the facility uses to wash the towels and sheets or by helping me find another facility. I spent a good bit of my time in Enna trying to find a lavanderia. It turns out there isn't a wash-and-dry laundry in that part of town, and I had to take a morning to take a bus down the mountain to wash my clothes. It was a big inconvenience due to the proprietor's misleading ad and denial of assistance.

Everything was spectacular! Rooms were great, our view was amazing! We got coffee and cornetto for breakfast in near cafe. And if You have a chance just get a Pizza in their down city restaurant it is amazing!

- localisation and host - she was very nice and helpful, she showed us the place where we could safely park our car for free, not only close to B&B, but also in the city centre. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of various food - we got fresh croissants and cakes, coffee, tea, juice & yoghurt.

It certainly exceed our expectations, clean, comfortable, well located. Would come back!

Internet didnt reach the rooms, you would get close to the windows to get WIFI signal

- The rooms were well heated upon arrival, all newly renovated, spacious (!) and everything functioning well - Each floor has a common room where people can use as a living room, which was fabulous - Quiet, small and familial - number of rooms being small, you feel immediately at home - Good breakfast - Reactive host

- Weak and unstable Wi-Fi - comes and goes - Until arrival, we were not sure how we'd check in. Perhaps improving the pre-arrival communication (sending check-in manual, parking, etc.) would be even better - In the bedroom upstairs, a door or panel or something between the bathroom area and the bed would be nice for enhanced privacy

This was our second time in this guesthouse, and it was yet again super amazing. I highly recommend this place. It is also pet-friendly and the owner is super nice. She came early in the morning to prepare our breakfast which was delicious😋 She surely see us again soon!

Beautiful new apartment, clean and perfect for our stay.

The communication between us and the owner wasn’t the best - she wasn’t available when we arrived and told us to wait outside for an hour, so we had to search for parking (if you’re coming with a bigger car - we advise you to not even go near the town center and just leave the car somewhere far away!)

Great location

Perfectly situated, one of a few places with regular heating, which is rather important in the winter. Beautifully furnished and decorated. With spacious garage available for the guests. Very nice and super friendly host. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended!

The room was recently renovated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great filled with local delicacies. The city of Enna is very picturesque and the view was really breathtaking. The host was very helpfull and easy to talk to!

Our stay at La Casa di Pinocchio was a complete and utter disaster! I reached out to our host one hour prior to confirm our arrival time and to inquire about the validity of the directions posted on Booking.com, as well as for information regarding our requested “on site parking” location and access information. I did not receive a reply! The directions provided to reach the property were probably correct but “via Bagni” was blocked by construction and was inaccessible. I had to carefully back out of the narrow street to get back onto via Roma. I then went through a labyrinth of streets that were barely wide enough for the car (with the mirrors pulled in) for the next 60 minutes. Fortunately on two occasions, I was assisted by locals while try to turn from one “street” onto another. It was a nightmare in a heavy fog. Once out, I found a paid parking spot about 5 minutes from the property and we walked, suite cases in tow, to the property address but not the correct one. Again, with the kind assistance of a local, we made it to a dark, unidentified, locked gate. I pressed the button several times over the period of a few minutes when a young man appeared out of the darkness. He was the son of the owner. He stated that she was at work. He called her, was told to remove the keys from a lock box and helped us in to the uppermost floor. He explained that the place where we parked was the closest to the property and that we would have to pay early in the morning to prevent getting cited. The reserved onsite parking that I requested and was confit months ago was not available. Once in the room, which was fresh and nicely appointed but without the balcony, the view, or the Wi-Fi as advertised, I once again messaged our host and once again, no response . I can go on but I think you recognize that my wife and I were very upset with the situation as described but even more so with the lack of responsiveness of the host. If this was the first booking on Booking.

The room and common area were clean and the host is really friendly! We stayed in the Pinocchio room, so we had a nice view in the morning!

There's nothing that we didn't like in the place.
