This is a difficult review to do, while the place was amazing and beautiful view and fantastic facilities,our experience was let down by maintenance work being done on the buildings which meant that the view was blocked and balcony was not useable for part of our stay. we raised this issue on multiple occasions but was unable to resolve. Again outstanding location.

Great location, Well equipped kitchen, Apartment has its own golf buggy to use.

Throw cushions in Lounge and Main Bedroom where dirty & stained, Doona on Main Bed badly stained and in need of a good wash I have stayed in other Self Contained Apartment Accommodation before and they have at least been serviced once during our stay but not this one. For the price we paid for our stay I would have thought at least the bed sheets in both bedrooms could have been changed and the floors mopped at a minimum as tiles get quite dirty.

Fully equipped apartment made for a stress free holiday. Complimentary golf buggy a bonus we enjoyed, and we were grateful for.

The apartment's lighting was less than desirable. Some worked, some didn't . Then those that didn't, did..! The lock / door handle on the front door was very temperamental. Ants ruled the kitchen and the main bedroom !

The location was superb, amazing views, apartment had plenty of room for 2 couples with their own bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Large lounge room with a comfortable lounge. Large balcony with a BBQ, table and 2 sun lounges out the front of the main bedroom with glass sliding doors and amazing views from your bedroom. 😍 The BBQ was great as a lot of the eateries were closed and others fully booked out. Hint for you, get the Hamilton Island app and you can book 90 days in advance for restaurants. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. The golf buggy that came with the apartment was a great bonus. Chromecast on the TV's, one in the main bedroom and the lounge room. Some foxtel channels. Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was included. Loved our stay here. What more could you want or need.

There were a few lights not working in the kitchen and the outside balcony light. It was not really an issue , just needs bulbs replaced and the WiFi was not the best but didn't bother us.

The property is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. Comes with amazing views and relaxed atmosphere. The buggy was a great addition! Would definitely go back there again!

Only got told the afternoon before departure about how to check out. Didn’t have access to buggy after 10am despite flight home being late afternoon. Had to work out own way to the airport as could only be dropped off to one location at 10am with all of our bags. More notice of this would have been very much appreciated. Created stress at the end of an otherwise perfect holiday.

The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. two bathrooms were great. Buggy was well used.

Communal areas were not as clean as next door

the stove , not one tea towel, utensils need to be upgraded, need new pillows on the beds , perhaps a bit more TLC on the cleanliness of the unit

Location, cleanliness, staff service

The property was excellent but the buggy would not reverse several times a day and i called the required number, left a clear message yet never received a return call. I checked with staff that i had the correct phone number. My sons had to push the buggy while I steered it into parks several times.

A little expensive

Brilliant location, the apartment was ideally set out for both of us to have our own privacy at separate ends. The view from the balcony was awesome.

The front door could be difficult to lock.
