The view was spectacular aswell as the home-y and comfy feel of the place!

The owner of the house "Adelina" was not helpful, we tried to contact her but she never answer our calls. So this is very bad service, also the house was very dirty. This is unacceptable, we had a lot of problems and tried to contact her but she keep ignoring us.

The balcony with sea view is very nice, the flat is cozy and comfortable. There’s a nice little garden with lovely cats.

Amazing view from the terrace! Good location. Best apartment for the price. Be aware of cats hanging around :) Best place to stay for 1-3 nights, for longer stay - I would take something more comfy.

Hard to find exact location if you cannot call the property - I would advice to put some label on fence like "The Best. Booking.com".

The apartment was super clean, nice and cozy. Especially we loved the nice outdoor area, which was really spacious and with good outdoor furniture. And of course the view from the terrace was spectacular.

Unfortunately on the neighboring plot there was a construction work with machines, which made a lot of noise (starting from 7 AM) and also lots of dust . Therefore we couldn`t enjoy our stay on the terrace and outdoor area of the apartment and prefered to spend our day walking around the city. But this is something that will not last and when the construction ends (and hopefully the new building is not going to hide the view) then this apartment is really great to spend the holiday.

Beautiful view over the city and sea. Quiet location, with a cozy outdoor area. A short 15 min car ride away from Paphos harbour.

No mosquito nets, had one of the worst mosquitos ever during the night, couldn't sleep, so I had to hunt him down. Worked out fine for everyone eventually (except for the mosquito :). But some nets would be nice, anyway ). Also, if you come from the north following Google Maps, it will take you through an abandoned parking lot near a police station, instead of the normal street that goes right in front of the property.

I really love the style of this charming place, and the fact that it’s so close to the centre. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is truly gorgeous. Because of balcony and stunning view with beautiful sunset. The ceiling is very high. Everything is very clean. High recommended 😊👌

The view from the balcony is beautiful, the area is quiet, there is enough space for 4-5 people, so it’s great for families or groups of friends.

Not enough storage space and no designated parking space, not enough hot water for 5 people, but for 4 or less - it should be enough.

I'm a local to Paphos and I booked this flat for family members who came to Paphos for work. Evelina was very polite and friendly, and responded to queries immediately. The place was immaculate, very clean and with a wonderful view in a central area. My family was very pleased.

The view from the balcony is amazing - especially for sunsets and fireworks. The host very helpful and it is a simple and excellent stay for a very good price. They even have Netflix.

The main Double Bed is super comfortable. The two extra beds are a bit hard, but that seems to be common here in Cyprus.

The view! You could see the whole city from the terrace! And I loved Aristotle, their incredible cat! ❤

NOT suitable for children.. Very dangerous because it's on a cliff.. Not very clean a lot of spiders.. Shower has no pressure at all.. FULL of cats that keep trying to get in the house. Don't bother.. Too many issues..
