Pool isn’t really a pool it’s tiny. Pool bar only open 12-4. View was terrible.

We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend. Staff very helpful and attentive and we even received a bottle of bubbly! Breakfast plentiful and varied.

We struggled to get the Fitness room cool.

The breakfast was very good.

The location is not 15 min walking distance from Conference Centre but takes 30-35 min. In case you dress formal and you carry also a bag is not convenient. However the route is fantastic. We wanted a cup of coffee 15 min earlier than the opening of breakfast buffet, since our flight was early and they did not allow us.

The room was modern and clean

None of the facilities that we wanted to use and why we booked the hotel were working. This included the sauna and the pool area closed too early for use. For this reason, we thought the property was not good value for money at all.

The staff at the front desk (Natalia and a man during the evening that I didn't catch his name) were lovely, professional and happy to help. Literally 2 minutes from Las Canteras beach, plenty of food options around, easily connected to the other parts of the island via public transport. We loved having the option of the terrace and pool. There are 3 small pools grouped together and we lucked out that the hotel wasn't that busy so was mostly private while we were there. The pool/bar hours may seem odd but with the island weather, they worked well with the prime/nicer parts of the day. 2 free bottles of water each day and a bottle of Brut on arrival. Plus, we extended checkout with no issues. There was a full power hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

You can see the hotel is getting a bit worn visually and will probably need some refurbishment eventually but overall we had no issues or complaints.

There were lots of options for meat eaters, but limited options for vegan.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were very friendly. The room was comfy and clean.

The room was quiet dark and the furniture are dated. The shower was nice, but the drains are blocked often.

It is near to the Beach and all stores. There was a music system in the room that was nice. The staff was kind.

The view from our room was horrible one could look directly to a other building where the window where closed of with cardboard!
