No encantó todo. Era perfecto. Las camas comodísimas, la ropa de cama suave, las almohadas (de varios tamaños) de mucha calidad. Muchos detalles con encanto. La cocina muy cómoda y coqueta con todo tipo de accesorios. Las ventanas muy herméticas. No se oía nada desde la calle, pese a estar en una calle muy céntrica y cerca de la playa de Las Canteras.

Beautiful rooms and bedrooms with attention to detail. Very clean and practically furnished. Water and snacks also available. Perfect location between cruise terminal and beach with old town. Very modern and digital

Modern, spacious penthouse apartment with big balcony. Cleaning services during weekdays. Very helpful staff. Good location, if you want to see more than just the beach, which is close by too..

New suites had just been added to the offering,which led to minor problems e.g. re our internet connection, but the staff sorted them out quickly. Some outside noise, but it did not disturb us.

Excellent location, stylish, properly equipped, plenty of room inside.

Bathroom is not separated from the room itself, so it’s not practical. The bed had two matrases instead of double bed, so over the night it was pushed apart a bit.

exceptionally large apartment in a great location. super well located and 3 mins walk to the beach. Great customer service and communication and the quality of amenities was very high

Nice, modern, clean, centrally located property.

-Annoying check in procedure. Got a phone call from the hotel the day before arrival, with a question about arrival time, and what my email address was. I had already notified the hotel the day before that the arrival time was in the afternoon. This was followed by numerous messages and emails. The online check in link was partially in english, and partially in spanish. I had problems getting it to work. Neither do I like to send passport information to an unverified site. The office was open when we arrived, that was a bonus. -Maid came into the room at 0905 and asked if we wanted cleaning. We were still in bed. -Plenty of toiletries, but no hand soap. I asked office staff if we could get some soap, but they did not have any. The hotel is listed as «eco friendly», so why not replace the 10 mini plastic bottles with shampoo and conditioner with larger wall mounted dispensers? -Strong, unpleasant smell of «air freshener» in hallways, elevator and occationally in the room. -Lack of reading lights by the bed.
