Man hört den Lunapark sehr gut. Es heiss dass es einen Welcomedrink und Yoga bis zum 1. November angeboten werde. Das Yoga war am 25.10. das letzt Mal und der „Welcomedrink“ war ein Softgetränk

Great location and pool. Breakfast was awesome and had plenty of choices and outdoor area was great for breakfast. Spacious rooms and love the garden view pool side room

The staff or servers at the breakfast area have attitude. Requested tea/coffee, however simply refused and replied that I need to get tea myself. Even though the same server was serving tea/coffee to others.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was professional and very polite, pool was incredible. The hotel per se is really nice with the location being great and all the rest

BE AWARE!!!! Booked a 'Pool Front' room which my logic said it would be a room on the ground floor facing the pool and for that reason, the price was higher than the rest of the rooms. To my surprise, I was given a room on the first floor and told that they also name these rooms 'Pool front'. I argue with the receptionist that this was deceiving as this should be call 'POOL VIEW' and not 'Pool front' as advertised. I did not want to escalade the matter so I accepted the room. After an automated email from the hotel for a survey, I mentioned my disappointment for the matter but the Management only acknowledged the issue as an IT matter and did not even apologize rather than the usual 'hope we see you soon in our hotel'. To be fair, everything else was really nice but when this happens on the first day, the rest of your holiday is stigmatized. Wanted to share this incident with you and just have in mind when choosing the room.

Faros is one of the most clean hotels that we were accomodated in. We apreciated very much the cleanliness of the room, especially that we had our little baby with us. The staff was always nice and in good mood. The location is perfect right in the centre of Ayia Napa, at walking distance of beach and restaurants, and fun park. The free parking was a nice bonus as we had a rental car.

The room was not at all soundproof, we could hear the noise from outside. The windows may require an upgrade. TV choices were very poor, only greek speaking programmes, and a few international programmes like BBC. A smart TV would make a good choice for improvement. Without soundproof room and smart TV, the price seemed a bit high.

Personnel was always willing to help, kind and discreet. Amazing quality of food, was impressed how come and this is a 4 star hotel. Much better than a lot of '5*''s I attended. Indeed it was a great experience, I will visit it again for sure. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel with all facilities, good food and in the center of the center of Ayia Napa.

Great pools, spacious room, big balcony with sea and pool view, receptionists gave great service and always helpful, excellent breakfast and amazing location!
