Nice and clean hotel. Lovely spa at the fourth floor overlooking the city and the lake. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast!

Very nice and stylish hotel with excellent breakfast. My family and I traveled from Trondheim to Stockholm and were very pleased. Next time we will stay here without hesitation

Ok breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to everything.

When we arrived, after check-in time (16.00) the room was not ready. We were assigned another room, and charged for an infant bed, which we had not ordered (the child is 4 yo). When I told them we didn’t want nor had ordered such a bed, the reseptionist said we would get the money back and that the bed would be removed. When we came up to the room there was no infants bed in the room and there was only beds made up for 2 people (We had ordered for 3 people). We went down to the reception and asked if they could make up one more bed. When we came to the room the linnen was just laid on a chair. We went down to the reception again and asked them to make the bed. The receptionist said she had put up linnen and the we could just make it ourselves. When we said that we ordered a room for 3 people and that we expected them to make the bed the receptionist said that she would do it, with a tone that clearly stated that she didn’t like it. When we came up to the room the linnen was put on, but laid out in a bundle, so we had to make it ourselves anyway. No aircondition, so the temperature was uncomfortable at nighttime. There was a fan but it made a lot of noise. There was also a lot of noise, until about 4 am from cars, motorcycles and drunk people. Trafic started up again around 7 am.

Location - short distance from the station. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and in good order. Comfy bed and bathroom was good. WiFi worked well.

Very dark decor and lighting in room was again not bright. Hot water on bathroom was scalding hot and nearly burned hands when washing them. Breakfast was average, would have liked to have had crusty bread and rolls. Cooked food wasn't at all warm and this was just after breakfast had started at 06:30.

Good place to spend some night. Nice pool/spa with a view but might be crowded at night and Children are allowed only in the morning. Good breakfast

Shower button is broken in Room 116. Try to put shower on so that water is coming from up and you see the problem. . Also after showering there is coming lot of water still. Room ceiling is missing electric cover. Also room lightning is very dark.

Close to city centre and train station. Clean, nice staff and reasonable priced. Wish i had known about the spa and booked a treatment or two before I arrived.

It's way to easy to both hear what's being said, and being done, in adjourning rooms. Hearing someone fart in the hallways shouldn't be possible. The windows could also been a bit more sound proof.

The hotel is well located and the spa is just amazing with a beautiful vue. The staff was friendly especially Håkan in reception he is very professional and my husband and I really liked his service.

The shower was a bit funky - strange location for shower head and must take giant step into tub. Take care if you have mobility issues.

The hotel is nice, the location is perfect. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful all the time. Breakfast delicious.

It was a horrible experience. 1) They had a disco party at the ground floor. Our room was at the 1st floor. The bom bom bom noise was on till 2am. Our younger son became angry for small thing because of those disturbing. 2) the bunk beds for our kids were not ready when we arrived at 1930hr. After they prepared the bunk beds, our elder son found out the bed was not locked, it folded from inside. Luckily we were all there. And my husband locked it. We secured ourselves from a serious accident. 3) they've prepared the towels for only 2 persons, instead of 4 persons. Feel so regret of choosing this hotel.

It's not the first time we stay there and we have always been happy. But this stay was even better. There has been a few improvements and now, the lobby is very comfy and lovely. The CloudSpa is outstanding. The breakfast is gorgeous and the staff so kind, as usual. We'll come back.

The hotel reception was unable to issue (even though they tried it three times) an invoice which match the requirements of my country's tax authority. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
