Location and the quiet small cabin.

Beds were quite average. Also the air was not fresh after one night, it felt like the ventilation wasn't switched on at all for the cabin. There are a lot of vents for the air circulation but nothing was coming out from them. The small cabin felt like built in a hurry with poor/cheap quality materials.

Nice location, staff were nice when checking in.

Inevitably we were woken up one morning by snow plows and staff shovelling in our car port. It's uncontrollably but just wasn't pleasant.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean with amazing view, the sauna was superb.

Construction work was going on during our stay 10-50m from the apartment. It decreased somewhat the comfort and quality of the stay. The rest was great.

The staff here is fantastic; really helpful, nice and positive. They take great care not only of the property but also guests.

the lack of warning that this was a construction site - the digger parked outside the bedrooms which started at 7am. bedroom furniture was dated. property needs some maintenance. no washing machine

Good location!

Very overpriced. Stairs to bedrooms very steep, not suitable for young children and elderly people. Too narrow and steep to bring up luggage, everything needed to be kept in the living area. Apartment looked a lot better in the pictures than it did in real life.

Nice chalet, all you need for a short stay.

New apartment, everything is clean and works.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and there were no mosquito nets in the windows so ventilating was lacking.

Clean warm place.

Row house type of buildings next to each other with a view of the next building few meters away. Ok for one night stay. On the back side possibility to have walks in the nature. Looks fancy on pictures with a nice back drop of the fell but… surrounding not that fancy. Apartment itself basic/ good standard but don’t go with too young kids as stairway upstairs very steep. Or be careful. Overpriced for what it is.

Excellent location, nice rooms.

The location is excellent right next to the local services (supermarket, petrol station, recycling point for glass, metal and cardboard.) Also the buses to/from Rovaniemi stop in front of the supermarket which is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Also the hiking trail leading to the lake and, if you have energy, all the way up to mount Saana begins almost under your window. The price is a bit steep but on the other hand you can easily save 40€ per person per day by making your own meals in the reasonably well stocked kitchen. **Hint** If you start early and finish your hike at the Hiking Center about 5 km north, there is a bus back to Kilpisjärvi center (i.e. the supermarket) at 13:15.

The crushed stone front yard in front of the cottages is dull and desert-like. Why don't you do some proper landscaping?

Great location and beautiful and spacious apartment. Apartment was kept quite neat with all the required faciliities. Wonderful experience!

Was on the expensive side.

A cabin with high standards. Not quite up to the price, but the best accommodation at Kilpisjärvi. Good cutlery and very good location. A very short walk to the grocery store.

Great location and the hosts were extremely nice! The apartment was clean and great!

Some things in the kitchen were not very clean i.a. the stove.

Cabin, location

Fantastic stay, we had one of the bigger apartments. It was very nice to look at the northern lights while laying on the bed. Short distance to the shop to get some groceries. Will definitely come again.
