Fantastic spacious harbour view on the 27th floor. Loved the room facilities including washer and dryer. Coffee Machine, we had a balcony. Plenty of space Kids (and adults) loved the pool and spa!

We had a two bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed including two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a laundry. Beds were comfortable, shower was lovely. Pool was very nice. Location was great. Staff at front counter were very helpful.

Two spas, the inside one was freezing cold and the outside one looked like people had spent the whole day peeing in it. It was far too suspiciously cloudy to want to use it. We saw many people walk out, look at it and walk back to the pool instead. It was pretty gross. Parking is also far too expensive.

I loved the city and seas views from the 26th floor. Very comfortable and quiet. Clean and spacious. Great location, very easy to walk everywhere I needed to go during a conference in the cbd. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool and spa pool were fabulous. I would definitely stay again.

Shower door wasn't water tight and the shower water leaked all over the floor. Bathroom had poor lighting. I think a bathroom upgrade is needed.

On entering the apartment we found discarded empty cans of drink under the couch, dishes on the other side of the apartment were still dirty Very disappointed with the servicing of the apartment, both Saturday and Sunday only 1 side of the apartment was serviced, I had to request the towels be changed over

Very good location and facilities

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Our room was very comfortable although I asked for a harbour view room.

Although I ordered a harbor view room the lights from the city view was ok

The apartment I had was excellent. Located on the 13th floor, it had great views of Albert Park, the east of the city and a small glimpse of the harbour. The bed was AMAZING! Very comfortable and it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable with climate control. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Well located to the city centre, restaurants, shops and public transport.

The room was located near the elevators and I could hear them in my room but it didn't cause me any problems trying to sleep etc, but it was a noticeable sound if you were in the bathroom or living room. I closed my bedroom door at night and didn't seem to hear it much at all. The pool was good although a little cool to be honest. The sauna wasn't well heated either. Not sure if there was a problem that day. I enjoyed my swim and didn't bring it to the attention of the staff at the front desk, but am sure they would have sorted it out.
