Comfortable amount of living space for 3 pax. Very near to Swan River, King's Park and other parks. Some dining options nearby. 2 nearby cafes. Reasonably near to walk to Elizabeth Quay.

Bathrooms were cold, fittings old and bit dated and run-down. Staff wasn't very helpful, not offering any information about amenities nearby until asked. When I asked about dining options, she gave me a pre-prepared list of nearby eateries. When I asked about groceries, she gave me a pre-prepared list of stores nearby. Wondering why these are not given as part of checking in, which is commonly done by most hotels, and need me to ask specifically instead. Didn't tell me about public transport options like the CAT bus and free city buses. I only knew about them because her colleague kindly shared with me later on.

La ubicación sin duda es su mejor virtud, estas a 15 minutos a pie del botánico, del puerto donde salen los ferrys y a unos 20 del centro. La habitación es grande y tiene todo lo necesario, esta limpia y la cama es muy grande y cómoda. Sin duda una gran opción.

No funcionaba el secador de pelo y las sartenes se pegaba todo. La nevera nos congelo algunos alimanetos pero esto es recurrente en todos los hoteles australianos donde hemos estado.

Free car parking in the same building. Good bed. Ease of check-in, check-out. Included a good buffet breakfast. Room was a good size.

Shower head was very fine spray which was quite painful. Needs better adjustment.

A bit old and tired. Room smelled of cooking smells (curry). Needed a good dusting everywhere. Quiet location even though it was close to main roads. Comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast!

Could do with refurbishing. Even a new toilet cistern would make a difference, appointments are a bit old

Breakfast was really good, my family were really impressed with the choices and the room service was A1 as we were all exhausted from travelling it was so nice to have the option of having it delivered to our room.✅✅✅✅✅ Exceptional

The dining table chairs in our second room were broken on arrival, we went to pull the chair out to sit down at the table and the whole backing on the chair wobbled. So prob need to upgrade the dining suite in that room, also need a chux clothe in the kitchen to maintain cleanliness while in residence as the scourer alone just doesn’t do allow you to wipe a table or bench down, especially on the glass dining or glass coffee tables.

Room 203 was a modern, well-appointed studio flat with a comfortable 6ft bed.

Was all fine.

The unit was comfortable and big enough for a few days

The 2nd bedroom had no aircon and the weather was quite hot. The level we were on was being renovated and the painting of the hall way was quite strong with a fan facing down the hall to our unit. The use of electric tools was very loud as well
