Breakfast and dinner were very good,,,..nice presentation....great variety (particularly at dinner)...
Book a room with a sea-view, well worth the little extra...AND if you like the beach and sea book a room on the lower (beach) front.
Beach boys were excellent and very helpful. I found the daily charge of 12 Euros (2 loungers and and an umbrella) petty. Would have preferred a slightly higher room rate with beach facilities included.
BUT...a VERY pleasant hotel with outstanding staff...highly recommended.

Gepflegte große Anlage, tolles Essen und Auswahl, verteilt sich alles schön vor Ort, sehr grün, große Auswahl an Pools, geräumige Zimmer, unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor Ort, schöner Strand, tolles SPA Angebot
Wenn man etwas finden will: die Outdoor Pools sind nicht beheizt - ist in der Nebensaison (Oktober) dann etwas frisch zum schwimmen! (Rund 24 Grad)

Beautiful hotel especially outdoor, pools, palms, everything super clean, full of flowers. Amazing food, various choices, all super delicious. Food is 5+! Beautiful beach and seaside, clean.
Wifi connection was poor at the beach, some spots without connection. Also I didn’t like that hotel is charging beach sets to the hotel guests. This is not usual for the hotels, especially 5 star. This must be included in price.

Perfect location and amazing beach, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious! I hope to book here again in the future
The gym was very old and small, old equipment and not a lot of choice

Food, facilities, garden were excellent.
Staff was very polite and responsive.
There was live music every evening.
We were surprised that we should pay an additional fee for the beach.
During the night we didn't manage to sleep well, because of the noise from the music of the night club nearby the hotel which was till 6:00 am.

We really enjoyed the food cooked by chef Kalin, it was amazing and really tasty. the beach is beautiful, with sand and blue water . You can play voleyball or go to yoga session with Alexandra (she was very nice and always inviting us to try new activities). we will return here, we absolutely loved this resort . relax is the word that described perfectly our holiday.

food, sea and room were good.
Some staff was very polite but a few of them were unbearable! the man at the reception was not so welcoming at all and when we wanted to upgrade the rooms he said there were no availability, thank God there was his colleague and she assisted us. And there is waitress named Daniela at beach bar and she was very rude which turnt our very joiable experience into hell.

The hotel deserves 5 star , everything was excellent. At breakfast and dinner there was many choises.The food was very delicious.At the dinner you must pay for drinks , they weren't included.The beach was very good, only you must pay for sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach.Prices from 8-10 euro for one umbrella and two sunbeds.
The matresses were so soft and not comfortable.Also the sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach must be free for the price which you pay

The best seaside hotel that we had ever been! Wonderful sandy beach, crystal clear sea without waves, exceptional food, kind and smiley staff, clean, quiet and spacious rooms…Especially thanks to Stefan and Eftoja in the restaurant, Margarita, Maria, Ilya and Eva in the hotel’s beach, pool and lobby bars☀️

The beach is sandy and the water is crystal clear. No pebbles at all. The animation team is amazing and we had really nice time. The food is also very nice.
I did not like the fact that in all the promo materials nowhere is mentioned that the hotel is devided in two parts - one is at the beach and the other part is at the other side of the main road. If you book pool view they will give you a room at the other side. There are shuttles all the time and it is not so far, but anyway it was not explained anywhere in advance.

Very disappointed with staff behavior.
So much lack of respect since I was not allowed to join dinner with sandals and short jeans while the last year was fine with exactly the same outfit.

Great food and facility, really clean and nice beach.
We had a urgent health issue and she was so arrogant with us, we asked to call a doctor and we found faster than she found info. Please be more plite with your guests especially when they have a urgent situation.

The well matained garden and staff? Internet is very solid.
It has an uphill part, far from classed as beachfront, not mentioned or shown in booking.com. We thought we booked next to the beach, as it was important to us due to health constrains. Man were we surprised. Although towels are provided, beach bed and sunshade are charged extra.

Location, beach and facilities, beautiful gardens. Beautiful views. Very nice hotel and place.
If you want to pay additionally for meal board or even not you have to pay for the water … this was not good. The customer pays enough for accommodation. This should be included. Not everything should be benefit only for the hotel. Think a bit more for the best of your guests.
The other thing is that I think the furniture in the room for this money should be refreshed and better. Also why do you have separate beds? This was very uncomfortable. The rest is pretty good.
