Bed very comfortable

sauna was close, bathroom was dated, room was small, basic and noisy next to main road

the room is clean, typical 2 double beds hotel room.

no microwave, no milk. the air conditioning is too loud, and we had to turn off at night.

Lots of parking because there were not too many guests.

The bathroom has no lock and ventilation fan. I can hear people talking and noise of children playing next door. The facilities were old and faulty. The price of room per night is over charged. I reckon this hotel needs to be rebuilt.

The external appearance is ugly but the interior apartment decoration positively surprised me !!!

The beds were very comfortable and the curtains were great at the blocking out sunlight. The morning receptionist was very lovely

The night receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt silly asking questions because I got unfriendly responses - I felt very unwelcome. The directions given to me were very poor and I got lost trying to find my room. The two doors connecting the rooms made me feel uncomfortable, as I had two young kids with me. Even though I was assured they couldn’t open, the night receptionist didn’t do this in a friendly way.

The room was very comfortable, the bed especially so. We enjoyed being on the top floor and having a balcony. It was very quiet.

I didn't realise we would have to use the car so much to get around. The hotel was further away from the city centre than I had realised.
