al llegar nos dijeron que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero nos ofrecieron el parking gratis para compensar. aunque se sintió el calor, ya que ese dia hizo 35 grados. fueron amables pero es un detalle importante

L’emplacement dans le centre d’Annecy parfait pour visiter ou sortir à pied. L’appartement pour 4 spacieux. Lit confortable. Équipements neufs. Belle décoration. Propre.
Seul bémol: pas de volets ni de rideaux opaques pour les personnes aimant dormir dans le noir.

Die Lage ist optimal, um überall hinzukommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Das Zimmer ist deutlich kleiner als von den Bildern her erwartet. Auch die Lobby ist nur ein Flur mit Sofa, es riecht nach Desinfektionsmitteln und kommt als Aufenthaltsort nicht in Frage. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein kleiner enger Witz. Die Terrasse liegt auf der Schattenseite zu einem belebten Platz und war zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns entschieden auf dem Zimmer zu frühstücken, an dem winzigen runden Tischchen. In der kleinen Kochnische kann man das nötigste zubereiten.

Location was great. Near everything. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment.
Toilet and shower was a bit small. Aircon was turning off by itself. We informed the front desk and they tried to fix it, but it still turned off.

Er was geen opbergkast/hangkast. Ontbijt was zeer rudimentair en viel tegen.

The pictures on Booking.com don't do justice to the facilities. The room was bright and airy, big windows, very well renovated. The hotel itself is also very well renovated. The reception people were great and helpful.
Parking - This comment is slightly unfair as the street has limited space. They have only 10 parking spots for 52 rooms and there are car parks nearby. Yet the convenience of parking right at the door would have been appreciated.
Breakfast - Could have had a bit more options.

Nice room. Had a bath too which is very unusual. Bed not too hard. Very nice location - very central. Parking not tested.
For a €150/night room, they could have spent a few € on some breakfast muesli at Lidl. The breakfast options were really basic. One could go out of course but this isn't like Greece; it is hard to find healthy breakfast in France.

Great facility, good location
During my stay, it was an on going hotel renovation, so it was a smell of paint in my room, and air condition mode did not work, it was only operate in heater mode.

Clean and fresh, quality bed linen, compact kitchen area, double electric hob, microwave/grill, fridge with small freezer compartment.
Staff were friendly and helpful, location superb, definitely book a parking space, there were around 8 to 10 spaces in a private courtyard, otherwise tricky to find a space nearby. Breakfast good, lovely lady to help you there.
Nothing, all good, breakfast room was small but there’s a great terrace overlooking a small park to sit in in the summer.

We stayed here during Christmas time. The staff at the reception desk was always smiling and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Difficult to find entry. The access was not obvious and we were entering codes in the wrong spot. Then the receptionist was aggressive that we did the wrong process. We had to ask a fellow guest how to access the WiFi.
