Extrem schlechte Ausstattung. ( in die Jahre gekommen! )
Das Zimmer ging bergab.
Das Bad war unmöglich!
Viel zu klein und das Personal konnte kein Englisch.
Wir würden das Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Extremely expensive for the quality of what was delivered. Yes, the location was nice, but 150 CHF for a room that has slightly less the quality of an Ibis... Not worth it.

The only thing good about the property was the location
Nobody at the property could speak English? The elevator needed to be switched on and off to work?? There was a smell from the vent in my bathroom!! It stated on booking the room included a coffee machine, safety deposit box and shows them in the booking pictures (there was no coffee maker or safety deposit box). Nobody told me breakfast ended at 10am in the morning so I missed it! Most hotels have breakfast until 11am. It also stated a room with city view? (this was a run down building directly across the street)?? This place misrepresents itself on Booking so beware of this location!!

Breakfast was tasty and fresh!
AC works if you leave it on 16 degrees for the afternoon. It was very comfortable once we returned. It was very hot in Marseille when we were there!
Beds were soft but sheets were very clean, as were towels.
Bathroom was tidy but not 100% clean. Tiles were a bit mouldy in places. Had to shower sitting in the bath otherwise water sprayed EVERYWHERE! 😆 there was no curtain. The room could have used some refreshing (paint, stains etc). Wi-Fi was weak BUT we were on the 4th floor. Closer to the reception it was perfect!

Elevator broke down. Took more than 24 hours to repair it.
