Das Frühstück war super gut. Erwartung mehr als übertroffen. Check-in und - out problemlos. Parkplätze schnell fußläufig erreichbar.
Natürlich ist das Hotel mitten in der Stadt, aber dass sich junge Leute direkt unter den Fenstern bis in die Morgenstunden treffen sorgte für unruhigen Schlaf (Fr) Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und praktisch, das Bad modern. Das Frühstück war super und die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Unser Zimmer ging zu einer absolut asozialen Gasse raus, in der sich jemand Abend Jugendliche zusammengerottet haben. Ich bin echt nicht spießig, aber es wurden unten Drogen konsumiert und gepinkelt und gelärmt. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster war es furchtbar laut. Nach wiederholtem adressieren der Jugendlichen ohne Reaktion habe ich die Polizei gerufen. Vom Hotel kam keine Hilfe da die Rezeption nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt ist.

UNSER Zimmer war über einem Durchgang mit "in einem Hinterhof, wo sich nachts Und bei Regen, die Jungen des Ortes zum ergiebigen Gespräch traf. Aber aushaltbar.

Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt.
Zimmer roch extrem nach Schimmel und hatte um das Fenster herum sichtbaren Schimmel.
Auch hatte das Zimmer weder Klimaanlage noch Lüftungsanlage sodass man über das Fenster lüften musste. Leider wurde es in der Gasse unter dem Fenster in der Nacht durch Betrunkene des nahen Kneipenviertels sehr laut sodass man vor lauter Lärm kaum schlafen konnte. Auch das Checkout gestaltete sich langwierig da der Hotelmitarbeiter Schwierigkeiten hatte eine Rechnung zu erstellen

I have booked the room before I came about 1 hour and it was too late. It was 10:00 PM. Check in untill 10:30 pm.
The room was Roofroom 405 🙄
We didnot open the windows because of the Moskitos that were beside the tree outside. There is no curtain in the room. You cannot sleep good because the sunlight.

The location was fine, in the centre of town, off a busy square. Parking was close by. The staff were very friendly and spoke English pretty well. Decaf coffee was made for me in the morning. A fair amount of fresh fruit was available at breakfast.

This convenient hotel features a good breakfast. The rooms are simple and small, but clean, comfortable, and quite modern.
At night there may be some noise on the outside, due to the hotel’s central location. The staff varies from friendly to indifferent. There is no water available in the rooms, nor anywhere in the building after hours, which I think is a simple but major flaw.

there was only a single duvet in our double room. found another in the wardrobe, but there was no du et cover. we were too tired to ask for another and just used the roble instead.

There is no own parking. Parking possibility at the central market place about 100 m away (Overnight is free).

Out of the 2 single rooms only one delivered, with a single bed for 2 people. Rude staff insists to pay for 2 rooms (reserved but key not delivered!). No manners
/ may be better off with a barn . All this before a hospital procedure! (Receptionist aware and still...)

Very well located right in the centre next to the Großer Markt. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant comfortable room. Very good breakfast with a varied selection.
There is no car park on site and best parking is on the Großer Market at extra cost.
