Ein junges und motiviertes Team hat das Hotel vor kurzem übernommen und bietet einen sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Service. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man auch gut. Getränke und Obst stehen kostenlos bzw gegen einen kleinen Obulus zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück für 13,40€ ist sehr umfangreich und lecker, alles frisch und teilweise selber zubereitet. Unsere Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber und mit einem bequemen Bett. Die zentrale Lage am Kleinen Markt ist wegen der Fußgängerzone relativ ruhig und optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Einkaufsbummel, Altstadtbummel und Spaziergänge an der Saar. Für unsere E-Bikes gab es in der Nähe öffentliche Fahrradboxen für 1€/Tag, wo wir sie sicher einschließen konnten. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen, falls wir mal wieder in Saarlouis sind.

Heel mooi verzorgde ontbijtplank, heel lekker. Ontbijt op het terras mogelijk, met zicht op de Kleine Markt. Gezellige kamer (we hadden een ruimere kamer geboekt). Alles kraaknet. Fietsen kunnen veilig gestald worden op de eerste verdieping en we werden geholpen om de fietsen boven en beneden te krijgen. Welkomstdrink, vrij te kiezen in een koelkast. Gratis water, thee en koffie met lekkere chocolaatjes. Mooie ligging, pal in het centrum met shops, terrassen en restaurants vlakbij, en op een korte fietsrit van de Saar-Radweg. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit, je krijgt waar voor je geld.

Fantastic central location, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff
Limited parking, entrance through an untidy back door. Hotel located over several floors, with reception on first floor, no lift, not a problem for us but something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Beautiful location! Loved all the restaurants and shops that were nearby.
A little fridge in the room would have been wonderful. We travelled during a very hot period with our 6 month old son so a fridge is convenient for storing leftover milk (and, for drinks/snacks for mum and dad of course).

Great breakfast, considering the current COVID-19 situation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located at a small market place with different options for shopping and dinner, with more options within walking distance.
Parking is available but not advised for larger vehicles. A/C is not available, which is challenging if you have a room on the top floor under the ceiling, especially during the summer. A larger table in the room would be nice to place laptop and notes.
