The room was quite alright with a usable kitchenette. Location was good for our hike of the Kammweg.

Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection. The view from the restaurant was very panoramic. Good family stay.

They have such a good pool but very limited hours. We were not able to use it. Not sure they were short on staff or summer is their off season. Many of the features such as bars were not open.

Enough things to do in the resort for 4 days.

Verry old building, facilities, same food for 4 days.

I liked it very much because there where alternatives for me for my special diet. My husband missed a bit varity.

They should have told us that the swimming pools were closed.

The apartment was really warm, so not heating problems at all. This was cool after long days in the snow.

The apartments do not have a room service. Toilet paper has to be asked for at reception, which can be really ebarassing, garbage bins are disgusting, not even a tea towel in the kitchen.

Children's area was very nice, but the opening hours were to short.

The staff was very unpolite. Also, when checking out, it was such a crazyness in the main hallway.

Possibilities for children, the pool and bowling area were nice, landscape around is amazing

Some staff at the reception area seemed always to be annoyed if asked a question or even while checking in or out...

Clean air, beautifull view and silence area...

Parking place is really far from the hotel entrance. I recommend to travellers first to drop their staff in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not as written... Should be better for this kind of hotel... It was not mentioned that the pool was closed while making the reservation.

Staff doesn't speak English. A lot of injured guys from bikepark an there are not a single wheelchair.
