Spacious room, friendly staff and central location. The spa was very nice (see criticism below).

If the spa opens at 5pm then one would expect the sauna to be pre-heated. As it wasn’t, we had to wait 3/4 hr before it was 65°C warm, and were only able to use it once before we had to leave for our dinner reservation.

the staff were extremely nice. They were so friendly and warm. We loved the hotel and the room was extremely clean and spacious. It was closer to bodensee. just 2-3 mins walk. The view from rooftop is soo pretty

The only thing I didnt like was the bedding. It was bit hard not too soft. But ptjerwise entire stay was so good

Myself & 2 colleagues all found the hotel to be excellent. Easy check-in & great facilities. The Breakfast was also very nice. As we were staying for business we were close to the station also which worked well.

The location in town and next to all the amenities were spot on. You could not ask for a better situation for the price of the room. The room was spacious and tasteful and modern without being over the top. The breakfast is worth every penny. The staff was fantastic.

I would have given this place 11 out of 10 except for the fact that the room key situation could have been better. They use a key fob with a night stick attached for all access. Hard to keep in one's pocket. A key card system would be better. That is the only down side.

the hotel is in the center of the old town, the good thing is that is 3 minutes walking from the main walk path in front of the lake, so is away from the noise of the tourists. the hotel has his own parking that is cheaper than the public parking and has a lift that takes you directly to the floor where your room is

the rooms have little amount of lights so they are a bit dark of your have a cloudy day

Free Glühweine and Christmas cookies at the lobby was very generous and gave Christmas feeling. A standard room, nothing fancy but, convenient.

the bed was very small even for me (and I’m very thin). Moreover we tried the massage praxis recommended by the hotel and we had a very bad experience unfortunately.

This was not our first visit, and will not be our last either. Lovely place alltogether, looking forward to see the new sauna! oh, and the breakfast is amazing!
