Am frühen Abend der Anreise gab es im Restaurant ein Pasta-Buffet. Das war großartig und sehr lecker und hat mit vor dem Besuch des Musicals "Starlight Express" sehr gut getan. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar. Von warmen Würstchen, Rührei über leckeren Aufschnitt, Käse und Quarks war alles dabei. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Auch die 2 Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer fand ich sehr aufmerksam.

The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside, but the rooms are really updated and fresh. The hotel is conveniently close to the Starlight Express theatre.

The restaurant is understaffed. This was especially noticeable during dinner, unacceptable because we had to rush eventually even though we had 1.5 hours in total.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior with guests. From the morning of 09/18/2022 When I made the reservation, the room rate was 100 euros per night for two persons and a small child for free. When making a train reservation through the application, I made a technical error and indicated one guest. Upon arrival, I tried to explain the situation, I was asked to show a print screen of this application. At that time, the price for the room had changed, so I was charged an extra 20 Euros for the same room. But the administrator said that if I bring a print screen with a price, they will recalculate. I settled in a room and went to the hotel website where the price was still 100 euros for 2 persons + 3-year-old child free of charge. I approached the administrator and she told me that the price on their website is lower than on booking.com and suggested that I cancel the booking on booking.com and make a booking directly. I told her that you can’t do this, this is the current price, and as we agreed, I brought her a print screen. She told me to come to her the next morning, when the administrator would be there. But the next day, neither she nor the administrator nor her nor the administrator was there. Her colleague confirmed to me that she could not help me in any way, since the prices on the website are one thing, and the prices on booking are another, and I had to make a reservation on their website. Everything:location,clean,private parking for just 6€ by the hotel.Perfect for one or few days stay. Good breakfast,nice stuff. We had 10 months baby and had cot for free. Highly recommended!
