Sehr reichhaltiges, individuell zusammengestelltes und nett zubereitetes Frühstück. Es herrschte eine sehr familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre, ein kleines aber feines Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Appartmentzimmer war modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Bei den EInzelbetten verrutschte die Matraze während des Schlafes. Ansonsten gibt es keine Dinge zu beanstanden.

car park with Ev charger, rooms on ground floor, kettle and fridge, nice private bathroom, super clean and really nice and comfy, lovely and helpful staff, excellent communication prior to and during our stay, great location near motorway en route our Europe road trip, I can highly recommend and would definitely return! The room was nice and clean, the service was very good, the breakfast was great. The location might not be central, but it's in a nice and quiet neighborhood with U-Bahn and bus stations nearby.

Well appointed, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Very conveniently situated near family, the university and the train and bus routes. Very friendly owners and staff.

Breakfast was great and the service was good
The shower was not clean, but since i didn't complain they didn't get the chance to fix that.
The beds were a little bit too soft so we put the matrasses on the ground.

The room is super clean and the design is well-thought. The bed is extremely comfortable. I was super tired after a long flight but the bed was so comfortable and I immediately fall sleep.

Extremely nice and polite receptionist (and I think also owner of the hotel). The reception was small but welcoming. The rooms are renovated and in rather good condition. Cozy room enviroment. Comfy beds. Free Waterbottle, kettle, free coffee and tea.
The shower tub was a bit small, but then again I am a bit fat too.

The hotel is very close to Lennershof station where you can go to Bochum Bahnhof within 20 minutes. The room is slightly small but it has everything you need — towel, hairdryer, mugs, cotton buds, shower, shower gel, shampoo, a kettle, plugs, clothes hangers, free Wi-Fi, and toilet rolls. The bed is comfortable. The host is very friendly and she gave me so much bread and cheese that I couldn’t finish as breakfast. The service was great.
Very small things — the towel smelt a bit damp. The smell wasn’t pleasant. I guess it’s because they were store somewhere without sunlight. I could be wrong. The two blankets are slightly small and I guess it’s because there were two small beds and now they are combined and the blankets were originally for one person. It’d be great if the blanket can be bigger so it’d be more cozy in winter.

Super quality for this price. It's a very quiet place near the forest. I slept well. The bed is so comfortable and everything is new
