Las vistas desde las habitaciones del hotel son espectaculares. El hotel está ubicado a 14 km del centro de Interlaken, en medio de la montaña; de ahí las vistas increíbles desde arriba hacia el lago. La ruta para llegar es preciosa, con curvas y contracurvas. Nuestro departamento era amplio y cómodo. Buena wifi, rico desayuno, camas cómodas y buena ducha. Es un apart hotel que tiene sus años pero bien conservado. El personal es muy amable, en especial el personal del salón del desayuno. Buen garage parking incluído en la tarifa. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Hay varios ascensores modernos, pero el que debíamos utilizar nosotros para llegar al apartamento necesitaría cambiarse... chico, antiguo y parece inseguro.

Chambre spacieuse et très jolie avec vu sur le lac. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et l’espace bien être / piscine est sensationnel. Que des points positifs.

Staff are very welcoming & welling to help. The parking is free of charge. They offer a laundry room for a fee. The tap water is of good quality for drinking (as per their advice). The view as breathtaking. They’ve have swimming pool & gym ( I’ve not used them)

Breakfast of limited options. The drive from & to the hotel is a bit tricky. The room has a kitchenette but you need to pay to use them. The lobby is relatively small.

Facilities were good. Views from the room are beautiful. Rooms are weird in shape with 1 small Bedroom and 1 medium bedroom.

Too far from Interlaken main area. 30 minutes ride one way to the Interlaken West station. Not worth the distance to travel every day and it cannot be your base travel to rest of Switzerland.

La vue est incroyable, le petit appartement était très cosy

Pas toujours facile de se retrouver, l’établissement est très grand mais c’est un détail

We appreciated the special attention and preparations for our toddler with even a bathroom kit provided ! The indoor kids zone was also very helpful for us given the mixed weather. The breakfast was excellent and the spa facilities were more extensive than many similar hotels. We also appreciated the quiet in the room.

The bar was not manned all the time but the service was fast and high quality when they arrived.

Super freundliches Team, hier fühlt man sich wohl und kann sich sehr gut erholen. Es gibt einen atemberaubende Aussicht.

Roomservice wäre schön gewesen aber kein Kritikpunkt.

The view was absolutely stunning! The hotel had it all, sauna, steam bath, pool, fitness, good breakfast buffet, and a restaurant. staff was also very friendly.

It was a bit far from interlakentown, however, we were given free bus tickets to the bus which came every 30 minutes and drove down town.

Das Zimmer (Maisonette) war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht auf den See war atemberaubend. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Pool war etwas zu kalt und das Ambiente im Poolbereich ist mehr wie in einem Hallenbad. Die Saunalandschaft ist schön, aber leider wird die Aussicht im Ruheraum und im Poolbereich durch die zweite Häuserreihe verdeckt. Die Qualität vom Essen im Restaurant war enttäuschend.

Excellent views from the rooms and restaurant, breakfast spread was wide and varied - eggs were thoughtfully separated into 6 mins and 10 mins (cook time) baskets. The facilities (pool and wellness centre) was clean and very relaxing. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpfully efficient.

A vista mais linda que já vi de um quarto de Hotel! Local lindo, noites maravilhosas, hotel maravilhoso. No mesmo dia que saímos já fizemos reserva para o próximo Natal e vamos ficar mais dias. Só não ficamos mais dias porque não havia mais lugar no hotel! Magnífico

Great Service, Comfortable rooms, Nice Breakfast. Swimming pool was very very nice. View from the room was great. Overall i really enjoyed my time.

Due to the heatwave, rooms were hot. they could have provided fans.

Spacious and scenic. Location is great though a bit far off from the main town.

Being an old property, some things like moving luggage to rooms is a bit inconvenient (pulling and pushing bags over a few stairs). Front desk usually has a couple of staff which is somewhat less for a property of this capacity.

The pool and wellness centre was in great condition. The room was a comfortable size and food was reasonably priced at the restaurant.

The beds are very hard and the room is too warm to sleep comfortably - no mosquito covers on windows. There is a lot of noise coming from the above rooms very late at night. We were moved once due to this issue but it didn’t change the problem.
