Great location near the train station. Room is comfy with all facilities.

Would be nicer to have some bigger bowls, some larger hot cups , bread knife , & some stronger light bulbs = its just a question of style = we recommend chalet - great value

Really comfortable chalet with great location close to the train station. View from the terrace was stunning. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good starting point for sightseeing/ hiking in the Jungfrau region.

The view on the eiger! the apartement was practical and well located. Grindelwald is very nice.

The pictures they show are different from the chalet itself. The cleanning is not super good. I payed a "mountaim view" chalet, but when I arrived the room was dirty and they jad to change me.

Excellent welcome - was given directions to the parking spot, given the tour of where the ski room was etc. Apartment had the basic necessities and was very comfortable. Excellent wifi connection, beautiful views, perfect location to wherer I needed to go. Love that they are pet friendly and my doggie Hero had a wonderful stay. Friendly checkout and we were even given a goodbye chocolate bar as a gift!

Some cleaning supplies such as a sponge to do the dishes would have been nice, and scissors in the drawers. Food was left in the freezer which suggests it was not fully cleaned prior to my arrival, and one of the lights in the bathroom was not working. Nothing major but worth noting - I only informed management at the end as it did not bother me too much, I am sure if I had mentioned sooner they'd have fixed it :)

We had a very good stay in the Erle studio we rented for a full week. Kitchen was fully equipped and even had a fondue set! Everything was well prepared and the staff made our stay very memorable - they answered all our questions for Grindelwald activities and helped arrange successfully on our requests - even went the extra mile when we asked to have the food delivery at the studio for a special dinner. Hotel Derby also provides for free sleighs which was an awesome bonus and a saving. Overall a great value for money for a family/couple.

The location is stunning and the view from the chalet balcony is amazing. It's a little studio that's really great for a long weekend trip.

The beds were not as comfortable as one would have hoped. It would be best to bring your own hypoallergenic shower gel/shampoo if you have sensitive skin - my skin did not appreciate the shampoo.
