Staff was handling our group very well, checked us all in and served beer in between and still did not let someone wait. Breakfast good, room was clean as well as the interior was minimalistic.

air-condition in the room would help to avoid have a noisy fan running whole night long at 30 degrees

Room is exceptionally clean and comfortable, we were having the swimming pool view which was calming. Staff is helpful and friendly, we were having some emergency issue with our dog, and they are helping us to find the vet that is close by and available.

Parking is small and difficult to drive in

Checking was smooth. Car parking excellent. Breakfast was ok!

Air ventilator was not functioning well and was very noisy.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and good location if you also want to check out Ascona. For a little extra I upgraded to a bigger Room with a view.

The staff were extremely helpful. While the furnishings were standard, everything was in good order and the beds extremely comfortable. We especially liked the Ticino Card the hotel gave us, which enabled us to travel free of charge on all public transport and gpt us other reductions.

We don't travel with a car, and our only moan was that the nearest bus stop was 5 minutes walk away.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They helped us during and after our stay at the hotel. Truly generous and helpful. The hotel is very well located and you can quickly get from there to both Locarno and Ascona. Despite the age of the room, the bathroom was very comfortable to use.

The room is extremly outdated and in need of a fresh remake. Not recommended if you expect or require a modern setting to sleep in. In our case the room was not at all as indicated in the Booking pictures. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was alright, although by the time we got there (about 9am) there was almost no food left.

Perfectly clean and tidy, nice and welcoming staff, very convenient location and parking, wonderful view, calm neighbourhood with shops and petrol stations, not far from Ascona lake side.

We have payed one night with breakfast. But we don't receive breakfast (CHF 10 for one Person) . The hotel was closed, but still you can book and pay tru Booking. On top of that the owner ask from us to pay CHF 9.30 city taxes and tell to us that has been made a mistake with the breakfast. The hotel really need refreshment

The man at the reception was really friendly, joky and has a great manner of talking to customers. He was really active and reliable. He maked sure that we check-in and check-out without forgetting anything ! We really liked him :)

Good location, uncomplicated service. If you don't like soft beds, it's a great place to stay.

It is a very nice clean hotel, it's a little walk from the centre but not too far. The lovely lady that works there, Yvonne ,was absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise her highly enough! I look forward to staying there again later in the year.
