Architettura d'epoca con comfort moderno, giardino di agrumi che circonda una bellissima piscina. Lo staff, gentilissimo mi ha prenotato l'ombrellone ed i lettini in una splendida vicinissima spiaggia per il giorno del mio arrivo.

La stanza in cui ho dormito dava su una piccola strada, solitamente silenziosissima, ma in cui è passata un paio di volte la pulizia strade, sarebbe stato meglio essere avvisato al check in

Lovely private escape from the tourist world! Pool was fantastic and a nice walk to sorrento! Villa has a certain old world charm and the staff were super friendly!

Everything is fantastic, you couldn’t want anything more. The staff are warm and will help you with everything and anything. Anybody that is given this place a bad review is either having a bad day or are severely ungrateful for the opportunity to have a life that allows them to stay in such a hotel.

Absolutely stunning property, the pool was amazing and the location was great for us, around a 30 minute walk from the centre. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they arranged everything for us. We extended our stay by an extra night as we didn’t want to leave.

I must say we were lucky to find a room available just a couple of days prior to arrival. it was a great stay, very clean and moser facility and a state of art customer service . Maria went above and beyond our expectations, she even helped with the communication with the our next hotel stay.

breakfast was poor: limited selection and quality was not great (fried egg was unpalatable) - once the staff at breakfast took a long time to come to the table and declined to serve an omelette because it was 2-3 minutes after the breakfast end time; location: not too central to Sorrento but this is reflected in the price; there is also a deserted terrace area which could probably be better utilised (I might be pedantic here just because I’ve seen it)

The hotel itself is a lovely building and the pool garden are beautiful and restful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were unfailingly polite and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit lacklustre.

It was quiet, private, and impeccably decorated and furnished. A beautiful and peaceful place to stay within easy walking distance of the centre of Sorrento, and also the train station for days out to Naples and Pompeii. Staff were reliably friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was varied and delicious.

The property was perfect; the weather was not! This was not the fault of the staff of course, but the constant rain was disappointing, and facilities such as the swimming pool could not be used. There were four or five fine days, and we were able to visit Amalfi and Capri as planned.

The location, the room, the staff were excellent. Could have stayed much longer.

Elegant and stylish villa surrounded by lemon trees. The rooms are individually decorated, well appointed and kept beautifully clean. Small pool is immaculate and provides opportunity for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and freshly prepared. The staff are exceptionally helpful and go above and beyond to be of service. And there’s a cat called Velvet…what’s not to love?

15 mins walk to Sorrento is perhaps slightly optimistic but it is certainly a reasonably easy walk - be nice if there was an occasional shuttle bus - perhaps an arrangement might be agreed with one of the bigger hotels nearby?

A simply charming, small hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the staff could not be more helpful. It is away from the noise and crowds of Sorrento.

The walk into Sorrento is very busy and the roads do not always have pavements. However you can catch the bus or the train. A taxi is about 20 euros and journeys are metered.

a very beautiful house, the breakfast lady was lovely, the interior is very stylish

unfortunately we didn’t sleep at all whilst we were there because the mattress was old, hard and uncomfortable and the pillows needed replacing, we asked for this to be rectified after the 1st night of no sleep but sadly very little effort was made, we decided after 2 nights of no sleep it was time to cut our losses and move to a new hotel which was inconvenient and very expensive, when we explained we were leaving after giving many opportunities for the staff to resolve the problem they were very resistant and combative and insisted we pay for the night we weren’t staying.. we did of course pay for the time we were there but felt they tried to bully us into paying for the night that we had not stayed there.. ultimately it’s a charming place but customer service and care is highly lacking, I also suggest you pack mosquito repellent as the beautiful gardens attract swarms of mosquitoes.. all in all such a shame

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. spotlessly clean with an opulent feel to it.

The only slight niggle was the bed. it would have benefitted from a memory foam topper as was firm and you could feel the springs in the mattress
