The family/staff are fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Food was terrific. Beautiful villa and gardens. Pool area stunning and very quiet. Train to sorrento (5 min walk) 1.50 euros takes 2 minutes. Busses cheap as well, Naples, pompei Herculanium all simple to get to by train. That was our 3rd time staying and will return. 9th time in Sorrento area and Don Camillo is our fave place. Pure peace and quiet in a beautiful location. We came home so relaxed. We just love it and it keeps getting better. Tip The green room. Has a wonderful outside space area.

The hotel and grounds are exceptional, with a lovely pool set in a secluded area. The food for breakfast is nice, and eating in the restaurant for lunch or dinner is a gastronomic experience. The room was serviced to a very high standard each day. The staff were very helpful on giving local knowledge or organising transport. The location is good for accessing tourist sites, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area. There is a supermarket (Conad) 5 minutes walk away, along with other shops and cafes, so there are plenty of options for eating or restocking supplies. Access to the train at Sant'Agnello or Piano is a 10-15 minute walk, and to the coastline about 25 minutes. One aspect to watch for - the hotel restaurant is popular for external events so pre-checking/booking is essential to avoid being caught out.

The wi-fi is ok outside or in the restaurant, but does not get into the room. The same applies to phone signals for mobile data. Can be frustrating when you are researching trips or making bookings, or just looking to stream or email.

Pool was nice, breakfast was good and the lady on the front desk went out of her way to help us book taxis and get items we’d forgot.

it was well priced . pool and gardens are nice. family who run it are nice but don’t speak too much English.

air conditioning did not work so was oppressively hot in the room. the villa hosts parties most nights but we weren’t given advance warning. lots of mosquitos, especially around the pool. didn’t provide the 4 of us with beach towels. family room is very small.
