Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sauber und das Zimmer war groß. Von außen sehr einladend.

Jedoch war das Personal unfreundlich und ist nicht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Wlan war katastrophal im Zimmer und es gab auch keine Klimaanlage, nur einen (sehr lauten!!) Ventilator... nicht zeitgerecht für das Jahr 2024 und absolut keine Empfehlung wert!!

Friendly, great location, clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. I also greatly appreciated the local transportation pass they gave us on check in.

Wi-Fi only work in our bathroom.

Too expensive for what you get, bath is old fashioned, room is boring and old fashioned, renovation is needed, balcony was too small and too close to the neighbors, no privacy, breakfast standard without any extras

This is an awesome hotel, and the room was exceptionally large by European standards. Fantastic location, literally right downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and sights. Even though the hotel was very busy, our room was quiet and had an amazing balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains. Would stay here again if ever in the Bressanone area.

The hotel is based on very cool staff, cleanliness in the room and delicious food. Also convenient location

For the first time I meet a 4 star hotel without bathroom accessories. Shampoo, disposable soap are not available. Also, you need to ask for slippers to be put in the room. These moments I was surprised and upset

There was a nice buffet style breakfast.

This is my fourth time at this hotel. It is consistently good, and meets/exceeds all expectations.
