appartment was modern and confortable with all facilities for short stay specially if for 2 people as was small, as we were 4, when sofa bed was open there was not much space to move around.

getting the keys to get in the appartment took us lot of time and much stress. could not enter in the parking as no code was provided previously, so we had to call to remote reception. Then, we stayed at the door for half an hour without being able to loggin online. ( as check in was digital) after lot of calls with reception we discovered our phone did not worked with that digital loggin, so we were told to go to basement room and ( with another code) open a safe box and got a card to open the app door. we wonder why this solution was not provided first instance. During our holidays we were in other places with digital check in and none was as cumbersome as this one.

the location is super good, as it is close to city center and surrounded by many good restaurant. Also the apartment is easy to be found and located at quiet place

Very early check out at 10am. A nasty sign next to the kitchen area not asking, but demanding, that the kitchen be left clean or a 50€ penalty would be imposed. Not very guest friendly sign.

You should have a European sim card if you book it. Everything was only remote and we had major trouble getting the code for the building as we didn't have wifi while traveling.

.Excellent apartment, everything is new, really feels like a hotel .The location of the apartment is excellent, right on the pedestrian street of the beautiful town Laundry services free of charge, cleaning and changing towels during the stay (when we requested) .I have no doubt that I will return to this apartment and this magical city

Very modern, perfectly located apartment. All utensils were provided. The beds were very comfortable. We were not attended to by anyone in person but we could easily reach them with WhatsApp. The key is electronic using the mobile phone which was very convenient.

We could have had more pillows since the ones provided get quite flat. It was also quite hot at night in one of the rooms since it is summer. A fan would have been great since the apartment had no airconditioning.

Gerharts apartments are perfect for family stay! The building is located basically in the center of Brixen on a narrow pedestrian street. DeSpar supermarket, nice bakeries and good restaurants (Fink and Traubenwirt) are 5 min walk away. I liked that you do not have to get in contact with anyone for check in or check out, you get a code to open the entrance door o your mobile! It is extremely important during epidemic time. We were traveling with 1 year old baby and got great quality cot and high chair for toddlers. Brixen cards, which gives many benefits, are arranged for the guests (e.g. cable car to Plose and a few museums are for free). Washing machine is available but the dryer did not properly work, giving an error 66 all the time. Thankfully it was +30+34 outside, so we could easily dry our cloths. Kitchen is very well equipped with good cutlery, beautiful plates and sharp knives. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. However, I liked the Italian coffee cooker much more (which was also available). We stayed for 8 nights and asked to extend for one more, which was arranged with a 10% discount. We could ask in between to clean our apartment or change the towels. The support given by Sabine and Helga was very fast. The apartments are not cheap but the level of comfort you get for the paid price is high.

- Unfortunately, the is no AC and in the apartments. Ventilation system is quite loud and does not cool much, if it is +30 outside. - Frying pan is not of a good quality. It was a pain to cook on that pan. I asked to provide me a second one but did not get any with an excuse that there is a short notice notification. - I am wondering about huge bath room without a bath tub. - Parking is pretty narrow to my taste but overall ok and no issues to park, if you are a skillful driver.

everything was perfect. interior, linen, bedding, bathroom and space are perfectly fine. good value for money. free parking was also provided.

one small thing - they could provide a bottle of sparkling and still water by default in the room.
