Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice touches left in the room, clean bedroom, comfy bed, also gave us a late check out when we asked - perfect for a day or two in Ankara.

The gym isn't great, not much in there.

Very good location and professional staff. I really had a great time and enjoyed staying in this modern, pleasant, and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is very good and contains a variety of food, suitable for all needs. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were also changed on time. Congratulations to the hotel staff and board.

Fantastic location next to Tunali Hilmi street and Kugulu Park at the heart of Ankara. Junior Suite Room was very large and comfortable with separate living/working area and a terrace with the views of the city. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Special shout out to Ms Gulben at the reception and Mr Hamza who made sure we have everything we need to make our stay great.

Breakfast wasn’t good even the don’t know how make eggs Staff for breakfast area attitude wasn’t good ,if two times going back to pick up bread they looked it you badly but other staff was amazing

I asked receptionists about any catalog for visitors she told me we don’t have it but very nicely , this hotel is good for business not vacation

The hotel is a very good neighborhood, and very close to the central shopping area, room size is very decent and well organized.

Is extremely hot and I failed to cool it down, even though it was -4 degC outside

staff were excellent. room was kept really well everyday.

centralised heating. 27.5 degrees at night. while good when coming in from winter walks, we struggled to sleep(perspiring like crazy!). walls are also really thin. can hear it vibrate every time someone closes the doors next to us.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. It was exactly like the pictures. The staff were awesome and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back to stay here.
