Perfect location in Kavaklidere district, surrounded by pubs, eating establishments, coffee houses & ATM’s. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Quick & easy check-in & check-out, complimentary bottled water, big room with excellent shower facilities.

I placed one simple room service order from the restaurant on my last night, & it was screwed up. I didn’t bother fussing with the delivery guy because the kitchen had already closed & it wasn’t his fault.

breakfast was ok, we only eat once and rest of days at different places. staff were great and friendly although we had slight communication issues on both sides.

gym was closed for another month, room was too warm constant heat from the central heating of the building is what we were told. when we finally changed room on the last night it didn't have the the problem and was much better, door lock was broken and needed to get the only physical key they had everytime.

We like everything and would like to stay in hotels that give guests a lot of joy ans comfort. Thank you Gordion Hotel staff. We hope to return!

If I have to choose something, I'd probably say location

Room and hotel in all wasn't clean, breakfast facility was terrible, breakfast itself was below average, room had that smelly mouldy scent, bathrobe had a hole, intact for 2 nights I was there I didn't shower as even the towels looked and smelt bad. It's unfortunate because it has alot of potential if the right management and cleaning staff we employed.

Location

Miscommunication and staff's inability to rectify the fact that they charged a family member more than they should have. Also, the shower was blocked. There was an overflow of water out of the shower n onto the floor, had to cut my shower short.

Clean room, perfect location

Wifi was down for 99% times, breakfast was awful and no option to choose. Even I had to pay extra charge for fried egg. The rooms were really dark at nights. When I checked in there wasn't any safe box in the room, that I had to request to change my room.

The rooms were overall quite okay and comfortable with all basic amenities. The personnel was very friendly; except for the first night when I complained about the noise they didn’t do anything about it. They only told me 2 days later to change the room as all rooms at the back had been complaining about the noise. Great, just a day before I had to leave. But all in all I cannot complain about the personnel. I believe the receptionist who was there the first night was very inexperienced. If you want a cheap option that still offers some decency it’s an okay place to stay. However; if you want something that has no flaws it is better to look for another option.

I had specifically asked for a quiet room but I got a room that was right above a pub and in the morning I found out it was right across the laundry room of housekeeping. So I went to bed with noise and woke up with noise. This is not exactly what I signed up for. Especially not after a 14 hour flight. Breakfast was much poorer than the pictures make you imagine. So that was a pity. There was not even brown bread available. Above all; the location to have breakfast in was old and outdated with dust everywhere.
