La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la habitación. El personal es súper servicial en todo lo que hemos solicitado. Y el restaurante y el personal del restaurante también excelente tanto la comida como su atención.

Ein schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage! Die Zimmer waren groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und das Personl ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht.

Tussen 12:00-15:00 konden we niet terug naar de kamer omdat deze werd schoongemaakt, terwijl we alleen moesten omkleden. Dat werd wel toegestaan overigens…maar beter een schone kamer :)

Staff were very friendly. Happy to help and give advice. So helpful and accommodating. Gave us a map and explained all the main attractions etc.

Could not fault the places

Great location, well presented, staff friendly, no problem changing me to a room with a double bed from a single at no extra cost, didn't spend much time in the room but if I did it has an interactive TV so you can watch Netflix etc from your phone!

Bathroom had a structural piller in the middle which meant the toilet was under the sink unit but hey I got a big bed so not complaining!!

Fantastic hotel close to everything! The private pool wad perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent amenities.

A/C was only blasting towards our heads so we could not use it for long periods of time and the room got stuffy.

Great location and great staff, I forgot my phone charger at the hotel and the staff save it until I was able to come back to get it, everyone very friendly and in the location is the best, in the center of Valencia.

Possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Also great location.

Check-in was a little delayed, though they did apologise with a free upgrade and drinks voucher so it wasn't too bad.

Great service with a very friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated, walking distance for everything.

Excellent hotel

Friendly staff, great facilities! 24 hour concierge. The room was very comfortable, nice beds and pillows, lovely shower and bathroom. TV with some channels in English, but you can cast Netflix etc from your phone/table. Room had fantastic air con! Blackout curtains and double glazing, so completely quiet. The hotel is in a central location, easy to get to main tourist attractions and short 8 min walk to metro which takes you directly to the airport.

Superb. Everything is very clean, smells fine, climatized and fresh.

The room was excellent, absolutely no complaints. However, the Reception seemed a little tired and grubby in comparison to the room and we felt could do with an upgrade.

The staff was great and very helpful. I was just generally happy that it was so safe and comfortable also for my cat. And the location is incredible. Should I return to Valencia, I’d definitely stay there again and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

A water bottle broke in my bedroom as it had slipped out of my hand. Although the staff came up to the room immediately to clean it, it wasn’t done well at all at night and also the next day. I didn’t want to complain as it was late, but it was unsafe and felt irresponsible and inattentive. Especially with a pet ( as they lick their paws and play with any object - Kitty played with pieces under the bed until I realised) I have still seen glass in the room when I left. Make sure to do a proper clean in room 106 under the bed and around the curtains. I bet there’s still glass.
