Breakfast was nice

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta jokaisella osa-alueella. Sijainti oli hyvä, ihan meren rannalla. Ruoka oli ihan maittavaa ja vaihtelevaa. Kaikkialla oli hyvin siistiä.

Hotellin äänieristys oli todella huono ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen hyvin selvästi. Olimme 2 ensimmäistä yötä hissin ja portaiden vieressä, mutta onneksi saimme vaihtaa huonetta rauhallisempaan sijaintiin. Erityinen kiitos tästä vastaanoton työntekijälle.

Der Service am Gast ist extrem eingeschränkt worden. Der Speisesaal eine Katastrophe! So etwas von unpersönlich, kalt und extrem laut. Das fasst ausschl. Engländer dort urlauben merkt man am Essen-Angebot zum Frühstück! Offensichtlich soll der Gast sich dort auch nicht wohlfühlen .. rein … etwas trinken, schnell essen und raus .. sonst reicht der Platz auch gar nicht für alle Gäste.

The location was perfect with our balcony overlooking the beach and the room was a very good size. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The large breakfast room was very noisy!

Zeer goede ligging, enorm behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel.

Het oude gedeelte van het hotel is enorm oud en onverzorgd. Het nieuwe gedeelte is daar in tegen erg goed!

There was private parking. (10EUR/day)

Normally we always prefer H10 Hotels for our Spain and Portugal trips which highly recommended apart from this one. Overall experience was awful. Majority of the property was old including rooms. Kindly ask Booking.com to verify the photos. Photos of the rooms and reality are not the same. Bad smell in the corridor and rooms. Wifi was not working at all. Shower drainage was blocked in the first room. Hence we changed the room. Bed sheets and towels were dirty. Plates at the breakfast area were dirty. Hence you need to spend long time to find clean one or clean yourself. There was so much noise coming out of pool area at night due to poor isolation. Welcoming staff was at the evening shift was not really helpful. Luckily morning shift staff supported us to solve some of the problems. Minibar was empty and fulfilled upon your request only. We arrived late to the hotel it took so long to find a drinking water (there was none in the room). As we experienced from other H10 Hotels, there is a bottle of water available in the room. Unlike other hotels, they sold filtered tap water by 2.40EUR

Location perfect right opposite the beach where sunbeds are 13.50eu two beds and a parasol same price no matter what time of day. Busy but not awful and not a rowdy resort. Plenty restaurants all very good particularly Las Olas and Harry’s. Main areas of hotel beautiful. Staff hard working and helpful. Spa and pool area very nice and not too much of a fight for a sun bed. Roof top pool stunning views but shame anyone allowed in- one was so drunk and potty mouthed spoiled it. Rooms on the small side and plenty people disgruntled about size and cleanliness. Bathroom nice; shower no bath. Rim of dust on bedside lamps and don’t even look at the inch of filth on AC vent. Cleaning not every day but staff always ready to bring clean towels when needed. Safe didn’t always open but maintenance prompt. No tea/ coffee facilities in room. Breakfast superb even bottles of fizz always available. Lovely time and if you have booked will enjoy. Would we return: no.
