Easy to find location

Not all lights in room worked, telephone didn’t work. Some dirt around skirting boards. Didn’t have time to notify them at the time as it was late.

Great parking, close to the motorway. Room, although a little dated, was comfortable.

The staff (apart from the young guy on reception, who was very pleasant), were a tad miserable! If you don’t like people, get a job behind closed doors. The food at breakfast, was cold, unfortunately! We did ask for it to be reheated, but it fell on deaf ears.

Such a great hotel ,we have been before but with a coaching trip'.,so impressed that we'd though to do our one thing ,an have no regrets.the room with just right,the food was nice,and the staff were very welcoming,and helpful, we will certainly visit again,lot to see and do lovly central place to stay,had a wonderful time would recommend,

Spacious room with ample light, desk and double bed, providing both rest and work areas if required, as well as cubby room for luggage storage. Good location, within 10/15 minutes walk from central Tiverton. Nice staff.

Age of facilities does show a bit.

Evening meal was very poor. Therefore cancelled the breakfast otherwise all fine.
