The view of the river from my room. Very tasty breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly owners.

Parking was a little challenging but only a minor inconvenience.

They supplied ear plugs, is on main road so you expect some noise, lovely view over river.

My room was small didn’t expect this never mind plus part my fault when I booked it single room with private room well I should got en-suite as single bed room cos special night time I have too pop to bathroom also they did say sorry for window over plastic until get New one it was cold and in bath with shower were okay but not enough power for the shower etc ..Also my room they was no drawer as I prefer wardrobe too not hang up to show and tv okay little dispointed no word up (I am deaf) never mind

Ling was amazing from star to end with us both,my partner Donna really likes her alt now.We also preciate Richards for forgiving nature.And they took us in after we wronged them some and still made us feel like it was home.Therefore They're nothing short of amazing

Delighful hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely room, very clean bathroom, comfortable bed with a fan to help with the heat. Lots of information and food suggestions. Breakfast was delicous and again Ling was charming making sure we were happy and looked after. Many thanks

Parking access. And use of car park Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 08.30am. Car park is available after 5.30pm on Friday and then all weekend until 08.30am on Monday morning

Small guest house in a useful location and run by a delightful couple Richard and Ling. Cooked Breakfast is excellent and included in the price. Overall very good value for a short stay.

The room was small and the bathroom quite awkward with a small sink. The electric shower is a bit noisy. Access to the car park is tricky but we were able to find spaces on the street close by.

I loved having a river view.

We were warmly welcomed by Richard as soon as we arrived and Ling when we met at breakfast. The guest house was cosy and had everything we needed. The room was comfortable with a good sized bathroom and Smart TV. The breakfast in the morning was great with a good selection! The property itself is very well located to access the town centre, bus station and a few restaurants nearby. We were very happy here.

Nothing Just be aware to park in the courtyard you need to be able to drive in narrow spaces but plenty of parking elsewhere

Great value for money, very clean, as described and seen in pictures. Host accommodated vegan breakfast which was tasty! (Vegan full English, there was also cereal and plant milk plus fruit.) Vegan options for dinner as well, we went to Pho Nam which was delicious!

The room was cold and the windows were mouldy.

I was met on arrival by Ling who told me both about the guest house and the town. I was then asked to say what I wanted for breakfast which could consist of cereals, orange juice and a full english and was served in a room overlooking the River Exe. My bedroom was a single next to the breakfast room and whilst small had a very comfortable bed and a small en suite. Richard came in after breakfast and was a fount of knowledge as to where to go in the area. One piece of advice or suggestion, if you are using the courtyard to park your vehicle approach it down hill, it is sharp turn in if coming up hill over the bridge. Tiverton is well served for somewhere to eat. The weatherspoon pub across the bridge seemed especially popular as did a small nearby Indian restaurant. Another popular place to eat was a small one at the far end of the High Street just before the other river bridge.
