Breakfast was nice, good selection of food of different cuisines that varied daily. Location ion to bars and shops was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff upgraded my room due to issues with the room I had been assigned, for this I am very grateful.
The noise from live bands can be an issue if you go to bed early. Renovation work taking place was not made known to me when booking nor prior to my free cancellation period.

Huone oli melko pieni ja vaatimaton. Parveke tosi pieni ja kalustamaton. Ulkoa baarikadulta kuului meteliä aikaiseen aamuun asti. Aamiainen oli aika suppea.

Three pools all small one very small. Poorly placed one on lower ground floor one on the roof in another part of the building and the tiny one next to the dining room.

Located in Soi 8 perfect to go out, Rockn Roll Club with Life Band 1 min , Soi Buakhow 5 min , beach road 3 min , hotel has 3 swimming pool.
Room Wifi not stable not strong enough, to send emails with attachment must go to hotel lobby , there was strong stable Wifi

I stayed in that Hotel already over 5 times and its really getting worse

the door from the room was broken, i always need to try it many times until it open.
They didnt gave me an other room because it was fully booked.
very loud in the hotel because alot of Indian people were celebrating with open doors the whole nigth.

Everything was bad, no service, bad attitude of staff, room hardly get clean, in 5 days stay they never change bed sheet, never clean tables and side table, they even didn’t bother to pick garbage laying in balcony or on tables. even basic thing like WiFi not working properly.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel poor poor service just a horrible experience ignorant rude people behind the reception desk who clearly haven’t a clue made to feel like a second class citizen Will definitely not recommend will definitely not stay here again
