Bellissimo condominio fronte oceano 2 camere da letto situato a Marbella Juan Dolio in Repubblica Dominicana. Il condominio si trova in un lussuoso alloggio per vacanze chiamato Marbella. Marbella si trova su una spiaggia con due grandi piscine a sfioro e ristoranti in loco. Dall'altra parte della strada di Marbella ci sono diversi tipi di ristoranti tra cui italiano, americano e spagnolo. Marbella offre un unico, tranquillo e combinazione di transquility e bellezza naturale che lo rende adatto per una vacanza in famiglia, gli amici e la luna di miele.
La sistemazione ha 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale è en-suite con letto king size e la seconda camera ha 2 camere da letto queen size e tutte le camere sono dotate di TV.
Il soggiorno e il patio si affacciano sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina a sfioro.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per coloro che amano cucinare. (Anche se un cuoco e un addetto alle pulizie sono disponibili per un costo aggiuntivo di circa $ 25,00 al giorno). Il condominio ha forno a microonde, caffettiera, lavatrice, forno, piano cottura, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Ci sono un sacco di asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia.

We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community. Richard, who has the Calmado Blu and the car rental across the street was very helpful. He rented us cars for a reasonable price, arranged for several excursions, and spoke English which made it much easier to arrange for the things that we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back when our calendar allows it.

I think the property was great, but some kitchen equipment should be changed, like smaller new pans for boiling tings.
A more modern washing machine would also be fine. Maby install a dishwasher as well ?
Anyhow, we would love to stay at this place again, the pool area are amazing.

Nous avons passé un tres beau sejour a votre condo. Effectivement la vue est magnifique et les photos tel que vous l’avez decrit dans votre annonce.
Toutefois, l’annonce sur lequel j’ai fait la reservation (vrbo- français) ne mentionne en aucun temps des frais d’electricité. Il y a déjà de multiples frais d’inclus ( dommage,protection, cleaning, administration...) mais en aucun cas je vois l’electricite en sus.
Malgré des communications peu cordiales auprès du propriétaire et du manager, les frais d’électricité ont été retirés de mon montant de prévention des dommages. La fin de notre voyage a été assombrie par cet événement mais en général le site et le condo sont magnifique.

Just finished a 2 night stay and this property is well appointed. We have stayed at Marbella property before and love it because the 2 pools are never overly crowded and there are always plenty of beach chairs on the beach - all right out the back door. Another added benefit is the porches overlooking the turquoise blue water of the Caribbean. This particular unit was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms, but offering 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom. With our kids being teenagers, they appreciated not having to share a bed or climb into bunkbeds. Bathrooms were well kept, water pressure was strong (with being on the 5th floor we wondered if this would be the case). The kitchen was well appointed - the only thing I would suggest to the owner is to purchase small knife block, as this would have been helpful for the cooking that we were doing. The porch had a table for 6 to eat at, as well as seating for 5 comfortably to just sit and chat, enjoying the view. There is a small "market" (Colmado Blu) that is right across the street and will deliver to the unit - we speak Spanish, so this was an extra benefit. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance - we especially liked our dinner at El Mesón just about .5 mile walk away. While many of these units rent for over usd 200, this unit is WELL WORTH the price and the instant booking and quick communication with both the owner and the property manager was appreciated. The next time we come to Juan Dolio, we will come back here for sure. Thank you for providing our family with the quick vacation we needed!

Amazing view, big apartment. Showers fixtures should be replace. I had agreed with the property manager to deduct electric bill from the deposit which he did, owner posted a review saying we didn’t pay for electricity.

Condo with great oceanfront view. Comfortable, efficiently appointed unit, all appliances in working order. Landlord was very helpful, easy to reach and responds quickly. The condo complex is well maintained, excellent security, friendly staff with a convenient restaurant and bar at beach. The complex has two large swimming pools, lots of beach chairs, exercise room and games room. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Great weather, we truly enjoyed our winter holiday.

Le site est un des plus beau que nous avons loué à date. Le condo est très beau et très bien équipé, il y a un four contrairement à d'autres condo du site ainsi qu'un lave vaisselle. Il est à noter que pour que le lave-vaisselle fonctionne et lave bien, il faut mettre du gros sel dans la partie au fond du lave-vaisselle.
Le condo est bien subdivisé mais il manque un peu de décoration.
On a passé un très beau séjour. Il y a même un resto près de l'immense piscine.

The condo is beautiful. On the beach as shown. The beach was nice. The people are just too nice. The food was great. We enjoyed eating at elmason. Looking forward to another vacation here.

This was definitely an awesome vacation. My family and I got our money worth. Very clean, safe and hospital environment. Everybody was nice, great restaurants and proximity to all amenities and activities. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean with breathtaking view of the ocean. I cannot forget the beautiful morning waves of the ocean. Will absolutely return with my family or friends.
