Best stay ever, Ziva is an awesome host She went above and beyond to make it a perfect week, The place is amazing great view few steps to beach, She has everything you need from chairs towels umbrella toys for kids Place is great. Would definitely recommend to everyone/ I had some issues walking but the view from the bed really was great when you don't go out, Thanks for everything Ziva you're an angel on earth. Amazing week.

The location was perfect. This condo is located in a very quiet area of Hollywood, FL, yet within walking distance of the main boardwalk. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again.

The view out the Master is insane!!! Place was nice, clean, and everything I saw. Ziva was so sweet, she left me some cookies and was always helpful if needed. Will be back and will stay here again.

Absolutely everything we could’ve ever asked for! The apartment was clean and the location was right on the beach! This beach is very low-key, quiet, very old Florida feeling, and it gives you all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment you could ask for without all the crowds.

It was easy and very nice. People were friendly and it was a very nice place to visit. My favorite by far. Ziva was very nice as well.

We loved staying here! We were right on the beach and everything was provided for us, chairs, umbrella, beach toys for the kids, all of it! When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect on quiet end of boardwalk. The place was perfect size for our family of 3. Ziva was great to respond quickly. Laundry is only quarters and there was a quarter shortage when we were there, make sure to bring quarters if doing laundry.

We had a really nice stay. The flat was fully equipped. The view from our room was breathtaking. Also the location was very nice, quiet and very close to the beach. Ziva was a nice host and everytime available for us :)

We didn't even have to worry about renting beach chairs & an umbrella, which was great since we flew there and didn't rent a car for the majority of the trip. We had a wonderful time in Hollywood! The beach view and access to the broadwalk was perfect for our family who decided to not rent a vehicle. The condo was nice for our family of 4, we do have 2 young boys so if your kids are older it might be cramped. The host was very responsive and sweet! The neighbors were also super friendly. The condo is well stocked with the essentials.

My friend and I just returned from our girl’s trip and this property was absolutely perfect. You can’t get much closer to the beach than this. Ziva was awesome during our stay and was always available with recommendations or to assist us if we needed it. She even has a closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. We loved our time here and would happily return again!!

We were looking for a beachfront property for a short trip to Hollywood Beach. Ziva’s place was perfect for us and the view from the bedroom window was spectacular!

This rental is what it’s advertised as . It’s perfect for a family of 5. The contact Ziva was amazing . She was easy to deal with and so nice. She knows the meaning of customer service ! The place was clean and perfect for a family or couples traveling together . The extra bonus of beach gear was amazing. They had a umbrella , chairs, and toys. It was a amazing spot on the beach. The quieter area of the boardwalk which is great since you can sleep better then. We all loved the place . Would go again in a heartbeat !

Second bedroom is small with a small futon not an actual bed. I identified some issues with the Host and she was apologetic and assured me they would be corrected.

Beautiful property right on the best section of Hollywood beach. Well supplied and very comfortable. Excellent and attentive host. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

The view is like a postcard!!! We loved every minute of it, my only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer!! Ziva was awesome, checked in on us via text to ensure we made it safely and that we were satisfied, couldn’t ask for a better place!!!

Loved the area and the boardwalk

The property's location was key - it's located on the Broadwalk with steps to the beach. It has a pool but we didn't even look at it because the ocean was literally 5 feet away. The unit is small but perfect. We had myself and my husband, daughter and her friend. I definitely would recommend and return again. Ziva and her husband were top notch - we had a small hiccup the first night with the door lock but Ziva quickly had the situation taken care of. We were able to meet her and her husband during out stay and they are both fantastic people. Thank you guys so much! It was wonderful and we were so sad to leave. Hope to see you again soon.
