Perfect location straight a cross from the beach, excellent value for money, good chpuce of food something for everyone, varied each day.. Great to visit other resorts and a day in Palma a must the food market is amazing please visit you won't be disappointed
Don't listen to any negative comments like the toaster was broken, we was there and was replaced straight away you really cannot complain about this hotel excellent value for money will definitely be returnjng

Requested q sunny balcony. Got a room with balcony facing a wall. No lift. Had to climb stairs.

few rude staff . food cold and not much variety. didn't honour our late checkout. wanted a further 25 euros .reception lady rude. jonny on pool bar was fab great guy.

Location is perfect directly across from the beach, staff as always are friendly and accommodating
The food could be improved a lot, some days they did have tasty options but mostly it was a repeat of certain things and some were not nice at all

It should be on for at least 2 hours every night including Saturday night as well.

coffee station in main bar could have been better maintained but this is a very minor irritation

The family rooms are at the back which is a bit of a steep climb and no lifts.

The staff were amazing and the all inclusive food/drink service were very good indeed. Exceptional value for money.
If you have mobility issues request a room in Block 1 as the block I stayed in had lots of stairs and the lift service was poor.

The location is perfect, right on the beachfront with sea views and in a lovely resort with everything you need for a lovely holiday and close enough to visit Palma easily by bus or taxi.
The hotel is quite tired, wonky pictures on the wall and very old decor. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the coffee at breakfast was terrible so we went out to get a nice one afterwards but the hotel is great value for money as a beachfront base.

Hotel needs to be updated where pool is sun gone from it 3.30 so we went to beach most days which added more expense to our holiday 😢

The location is perfect. Beach straight across the road, shops left and right of us.
The air conditioning was not working in our room. It was 32' and the room was so uncomfortable.I was told on Thursday that no-one available till Monday, when I asked on Monday I was told Thursday and we were leaving on Wednesday. No solution offered to me and I suggested a fan and they gave me a mobile air conditioner from the office.

Was corrected immediately. Pool only approx 7 parasols as temp was most days approx 35c.should have had more .
I will definitely go next year.
My 1st room I was unhappy but Alex moved us v quickly so 10 out of 10..all in all weather was so hot was too much.But tropico palmanova fantastic.
Very dirty pillow. I really can't say anymore.

The breakfast was very basic we were all inclusive and it was a disaster. It was never a 4 star hotel I’d give it 2 at a push.
I actually feel that booking. com coned us, with their write up about this hotel.

Exceptional service from the staff and excellent location
The Hotel is in need of a little attention especially the pool area.

staff where great and location the food was good for the price and the pizzas where excellent
It was a little dated and the pool area wasn’t that big also the pool showers are hidden around corner at the back and they only serve in paper cups. Don’t understand why they don’t get some plastic glasses.
